Great fit and perfect replacement on my 2004 E46 BMW 325xi sedan. This replaced my drivers side regulator and motor since the 20 year old stock one finally broke a cable.The install takes about 15 minutes. Your removal time of the old regulator may be wildly different depending on how it broke, but mine took about 30 minutes to get out. I decided to get this set with the motor replacement because it makes install easier and you literally just have to put in 7 bolts.***Speaking of bolts*** this kit does not come with any. Don't loose the stock hardware because you'll need it again. That includes the odd set nut that attaches the window to the regulator and can be easy to loose.The only difference I found in the OEM part and this A-Premium was that the power connector to the motor had a slight wire lead to it where the OEM was a fixed plug on the side of the motor. This leaves you with a little extra wire to tuck in, but I had no issue with that.Once installed make sure to run the window up and down a bunch of times before buttoning everything back up. I found that mine made a little thump in the middle of the track at first. As it turned out, all I had to do was loosen the three bolts on the motor side of the regulator and retighten them. Two of the bolts have a slot they go in that allows for some adjustment and once they sat where they wanted the window went up and down smoothly.If you're comfortable removing your door panels and prepared to replace the butyl tape on the door seal, this is a REALLY EASY repair. I set aside a few hours to do this right and managed to spend less than an hour from the first screw to the last.

Saw the bad reviews but decided to decided to give it a shot. Installed 11/13/21, stopped working 11/30/21.Thought it would last at least 1 year, but lasted just 2 weeks, will now have to go thru warranty and hopefully get it replaced.I wouldn't buy it again, not worth the hassle that one goes thru for installation.
