These earrings were actually smaller than what I thought they would be (penny in pic for reference), however, they were still big enough that they look elegant rather than making it seem like these are for a child. The bright orange color really gives it a pop.

These are gorgeous, as the other reviews say. I did expect them to be small, and the size they are, because other reviews had pics of them relative to other objects. The Orange one I got did have the prismatic multi-colored look, so it wasn't the all-orange that another reviewer got. Mine did come with the clear little tube backings. The manufactured fire opal is beautiful, sparkly, and catches the light.The box that it came in was crushed on the corners for both the bottom and the lid. The presentation of this wasn't that impressive, but that's ok because these aren't expensive. Still, I'm docking off a star because I know these earrings from overseas brands are often sold for less elsewhere than on Amazon. If it were an American brand, though, it would be much more, so these are still a good value.

I have twins born in October so I am always on the hunt for opal jewelry for them.These earrings arrived with each earring individually bagged in a plastic bag. They were put in a navy blue lidded box lined with black velvet. I would say it is giftable packaging.The earrings themselves are a nice weight. Heavy enough to give nice movement when worn but not at all so heavy that they hurt your ears. They are sized to be nice for ages tween to adult. The silver finish is bright and shiny, and the opals (although created I'm sure) are eye catchingly red. The colors change based on the lighting but she says it just reminds her of the fall leaves. Just gorgeous. They dance on your ears.

I am writing about the rose gold with lab created opal earrings. They are so lovely that I ordered the matching pendant. My husband even noticed them and complimented them. Opal is my birthstone, and even though these are lab created they have as much color and sparkle as my real opal ring. I have another pair of sterling silver inlaid with marcasite leaf earrings that cost much more, but these are better made. The metal covers the back of the leaf so the opal is protected.

The product description says these are 1 5/8 inches in the title. In the detailed write up it says "length 1 5/8". The actual earring is 0.71 inches. WAY smaller than I expected. The construction, color, and weight is good. The opal inserts are eye catching and very pretty. I bought these as a gift, and I'll leave it up to her on returning them - but the size description is just not correct.

I gave these 5 stars initially, but now that several months have passed -- I find that these sometimes fall apart and I'm left looking for the leaf. Luckily, I've found it and put it back on all 3 times -- but I'll be sad when it falls apart when I'm not at home.That being said, I'd still get them anyway. They were very affordable and get lots of positive comments when I wear them. Nice size. Lightweight. Pretty.

These earrings are simply exquisite! Perfect in every way! Lightweight, beautiful beyond words, very affordable for the look! Way more beautiful and expensive-looking than the image online portrays! When I first opened the box, I simultaneously thought, OOH, how beautiful, and also that they were a little smaller than I thought they would be - however, after putting them on I quickly discovered that they are just the perfect size and very elegant! I am so very happy I ordered these - my new favorite pair of earrings by far!

Beautiful earrings - but I have to be honest. The wire for the ear hole part is a tad bit thick. Not heavy on the earlobe but just feels a little uncomfortable at first pushing thru. But I have weird ears. I also have had no allergic reaction to the metal as of yet. You prob won’t have any issues at all! They are very very pretty!
