Smaller than I thought, but that was on me. Still was able to use it and collect tiny rocks at the beach. It would be cool if only one side opened up rather than both. I put the top lid at the bottom while collecting and went to close it, but it was attached to the bottom lid. So when I grabbed the top lid from underneath it took the bottom lid with it and everything in the little squares fell out. Luckily I did not have it all filled out yet but I did have to redo the ones that were filled. Overall great product! 🙂

This is a fun little case for collecting tiny treasures. My kids used it to collect shells and cool rocks at the beach. It is much smaller than it appears in the listing photos so you can only collect very small items. My only complaint about it is that the magnets are on both sides, and the sides come off really easily—we spilled all our treasures more than once! I deducted one star for that. It would be a lot better if only one side opened.

I was going to return this, but my return window closed, because I was looking for a cute little display for some shells I would collect from my trip to Florida. However, what I received was not acrylic, just hard plastic. Therefore, it is not clear at all like the picture shows, it's opaque and scratched up, so not very visually appealing. Plus, the little compartments are very small and will only hold very small shells.

I am a sea glass hunter and some unique colors are just hard to find. I treasure even the tiniest pieces and this case was perfect to display them. I have the case in my window and I especially love it on a sunny day. Someone in one of my FB groups shared the idea and since then, I have ordered several and given as gifts. Most recently, I purchase for my son-in-law who collected some sharks teeth on vacation. The size is perfect for very small items. The case has a magnetic cover so may be difficult to mount on a wall without securing it to ensure the "cover" does not fall off. For us, this little case is perfect! Great price for a nice quality item!

This is a such a cute idea for displaying shells. I bought several of these for a family beach trip and gave them out as gifts. Everyone loved it and the hunt for shells was on. Is it small? Yes. But, to our surprise we were able to find and fit more into that tiny little cube than we thought. We added other beachy items as well like sea glass, unique pebbles, and bits of dried sea grass for a creative display. As others have mentioned, they are clear but come with a protective plastic covering (picture # 5 above says the first step is to remove protective film!). Also, several of the pictures show someone holding the display giving you an idea of size in relation to their hand. If you are looking for a fun memory of a beach trip to display, I would totally recommend.

Even my tiniest shells won’t fit this must be for MICRO shells or ants 🤣

I LOVE this so much. It was perfect for our yearly vacation. The magnet strength could be a little better but it's still very good. The size was perfect for those little treasures we find at the beach. I can't wait to fill another this year.
