Nice

Perfect for my bike!

Didn’t fit, but I didn’t quit.

I didn’t like that they did not fit as they came, but I was able to modify them and make them work on my old trek 800 bicycle.

So so

These are ok .. not great .. they feel a bit flimsy and they move if you lean too hard.

Solid construction. Easy install.

These bar end grips are a product of West Biking. They typically release fairly decent components. These are well made and functional. They are plastic but strong. If you install these on the ends of your bars, put the R on the right and the L on the left. The textured plastic surface goes against the web of your thumb and index finger. They are pretty comfortable that way and if you have them leaning forward enough you can activate your brakes with your bird finger. I've got baby oil brakes and can lock them up with a single finger so this works for me.If you install these inboard and will use them as a higher up grip surface you install the R on the left side of the bar and the L on the right. You still want the grip surface facing you. This install does not work for me as there is no access to the brakes and it's too dangerous in my riding area. There's only a few minutes where I am not on alert for sudden braking (cars, people, obstacles). If you have a nice open ride this may work for you.I like the ergonomics of these grips on the outboard side of the bars. However, there's no good way to use a bar end mirror like with my Velo Ergo grips. I find the Velo Ergos to offer similar comfort but can also accommodate a bar end mirror.

Lasted 2 hours

Didn't want to over tighten, they keep moving. Son dropped his bike and it broke. Going with the metal ones

Too small

Didn’t feel good, too small for my hands, I don’t have big hands

Nice Handlebar Attachments

I ride my bike a lot and occasionally have palm fatigue because I have flat handlebars and put stress on my hands. These attach easily to my 22.2 handlebars and, best of all, they don’t require I remove my grips first. This is due to the design which has a pivot pin allowing the part that goes around the handlebar to swing out of the way until you set it.I installed mine on the inside of my grips instead of the outside so I didn’t need the end plugs, but I’ll keep them for future use. These are made of nylon and, so far, appear to be tough. Once tightened they don’t seem to wiggle and move around the bar.About the only weird thing is the markings on the grips. L for left, R for right. That makes sense; however, if you install the grips on the inside (more towards the center of the handlebar) you install them reverse. L is on the right, R is on the left.Guess that aids in stability but anybody looking at the grips will wonder if you learned left from right in school.Otherwise, you’re getting a decent set of hand grips at a decent price.
