Easy to use and clean
Using for making cookies. Need to find a cone tip but overall a nice product.

no customer service
This is a nice little product but the quality in the materials aren’t great, one of the thin metal attachments broke and is no longer of use. I called and emailed the company and got a response that they would look into it and haven’t heard back for quite some time now. gotta say would be happy to just get this piece replaced instead of buying a whole new unit. If that is the case I would look for a more quality product with more durable metal attachments
