It smells awful...like old tobacco smoke. However, it does help badly chapped lips.

Okay so i have SEVERLY chapped lips. I habitually bite and pick them and they're very cracked, dried, and sore. Nothing works. Not even carmex or vaseline. I tried this and within the first DAY i already saw improvement. I use it multiple times a day and it helps. I ran out and i noticed my lips got bad again so i bought more and it fixed them! It also doesnttaste very good but thats a good thing for me cuz i wont just lick it off lol. 100% recommend if you have severe chapped lips.

this was dr. recommended and I know its a good product - but the smell is terrible. For something you are putting on your lips, they need to make it better.
