Very effective tool for increasing balance and strength in the ankles and tibialus muscles. Its low to the ground so its safe and easy to reestablish balance during sessions. All the benefit and fun of a slackline with the setup and space needed.

Used it for one day and my legs were sore. My kids love it too. I heard Tim Ferris talking about this on his podcast. Anything that guy does is good enough for me!

I got this to provide a stability exercise in my office while not taking up lots of space. This is super easy to use but hard to master. It even has little pieces underneath it that you can remove to make it slowly harder. This provides lots of room for growth with it. The only negative is it is a simple device so there are not lots of different types of exercises you can do with it. The material of the foam is premium and the grip on the top of it allows someone to easily stand on it.

Great investment for development of better balance.

This is simple, lightweight, and ingenious tool, has become a welcome addition to my functional strength and training routine. I utilize it between sets of abdominal, back, and aerobic exercises. Even as a lifelong athlete with an emphasis on fitness, in the few short weeks I have been incorporating slackblock, I’m noticing improvements in posture, balance, and even in my confidence. It stows well in my gym bag and is an elegant alternative to my gym’s bulky balance equipment. 14” seems to be an optimal mix of functionality and portability. A worthwhile investment.
