Dog Friendly
This rug has very thin pile. The surface texture is similar to velvet. If you’re looking for a traditional thick wool rug, keep looking. If you need/want something thin with beautiful colors, a soft, fuzzy feel on your bare feet, and non-slip backing so your dog doesn’t wrinkle it up, this is your rug. My very old dog urinated on it and the colors held fast against pet urine neutralizer. It was good as new after machine washing and partially drying in a slightly warm dryer, then air drying to finish. It arrives folded and it takes a couple weeks for the fold marks to disappear.

Good rug so far
This rug lays flat as seen in picture. It is soft and furry but not too furry. I can't speak for quality or if it's worth the price because I just received it but time will tell.

Looking Great
We recently got this rug. Laid it on the floor and I love it! It's the perfect size and the coloration is perfect. It has that slightly faded vintage look I was looking for. I did not give it aa full 5 stars because it is not as soft as a similar rug I also ordered last month that has a softer feel. However, I'm not unhappy with this one and my room looks great.

Great , affordable rug.
Have had this in our 1/2 bath for 7 months now and has been washed . After washing , it remained its color and shape. It’s soft and feels great underfoot.What a great purchase!
