Nicole Miller New York Patio Country Danica Transitional Geometric Indoor/Outdoor Area Rug, Black/Grey, 7'9"x10'2"

I really like the design of these rugs, it makes a nice change from the usual twee kitchen rug designs. The Black background is very practical for a kitchen too. This is not an outdoor rug like the plastic type you can buy, it's much nicer than that. The pile is woven almost like wicker style but made of soft fibres, I put a close up in the pictures. If anything does spill on it it wipes of easily. They don't have any sort of non slip backing so I used carpet tape and it seems to be holding well. I have a few indoor outdoor rugs and I love the way that if they do get dirty you can take them outside and hose them down. This one feels as though it would dry quickly if washed. I can't comment on if it would hold up to weather or sunlight but it is perfect for my needs and ties in really well with my black kitchen cupboard doors and some black and off white tile I got for my backsplash. One thing to note is that the pattern size varies by the size if the rug, I got 2 sizes and the smaller rug had an obviously smaller pattern I have them both in my kitchen but not directly next to each other so it's not too noticeable. I would buy these again for other areas.

I enjoy it so much I was sitting on the floor and I had just a sip of wine left in my glass when I dropped the sip onto the rug…Ugh! I didn’t panic, grabbed a wet towel ( microfiber) and proceeded to pick it up quickly . 🙏🏻 Gratefully i was able to get the spill cleaned quickly and I cannot see a trace of the Red wine. Excellent quality, well made, and makes the room Pop! Perfect Fit, beautiful colors arrived 3 days early. Photo is just after rolling it out on the floor. The little mounds took approximately 2 or 3 days to settle. Now I can get the furniture to complement it! Sorry I cropped the photo but I didn’t want my foot or cat in the picture.There was one issue, but it doesn’t affect the integrity of the rug, and I can fix it myself. Plus, I wasn’t sure if my feline did the damage, I am not worried about it. The rug has a pulled thread on the top of the rug. It’s an easy fix and if I can’t or find that I won’t be able to pull it through I will consult the manufacturer. Honestly it’s something that doesn’t stand out but I like sitting on the floor and it catches my eye every now and then. Enough said! Great rug and it is easy to vacuum as well, it stays in place and I use my flexible soft plastic roller on it not a brush roller when vacuuming. Did I say that I love it? I do!

For the price this rug is fantastic! A 9 x 12 for 100 bucks, I’m shook. I also love it it’s black because it’s very hard to find black rugs that will go with everything as your decor changes. I’m not sure about other people complaining about the fading But I’m sure they also didn’t have this on a covered porch and I planned to do that with mine. Also everyone knows that red lights to yellow in the sun and it’s just a given… With that being said I bought black what should thing to Gray if it ever does fade! I love it. I wish they offered square rugs because I’d love to have a matching one under my incoming hot tub

The media could not be loaded.  I bought two of the 7’9” x 10’2” New York Patio Country Danica Trasitional Geometric indorr/outdoor area rugs in Blue/Grey in August of 2020 on Amazon for $112 each.I have a large outdoor space (1,000 sq ft) with a kitchen, seating area and dinning room. One of the rugs I use in the fireplace seating area that is uncovered and mostly shaded. The other I use in the dining area, also uncovered, but gets full sun.Review:Unpackaging:They arrive well packaged and were easy to lay out. Like all new rugs, the ends and corners curl at first. But after a few days with various things of weight (potted plan, deck chair ect.) on the curling areas, it layed flat as can be and has stayed that way since. A common complaint of online rugs is the chemical smell some have when you first unroll them. No issue here.Appearance:This is an attractive rug. It has all the look and feel (and ware) of a much, much more expensive rug. The way the entire fabric weave has hints of both colors (blue and white for mine) throughout makes it look like a much more luxurious rug and the pattern is perfectly proportionate to the area it covers (7’9” x 10’2” in my case). For me these two rugs anchor my large outdoor space. Added bonus, and this is strictly luck, the pattern is the negative to the tile on the fireplace! (see pictures)Maintenance:I have left these rugs out since I purchased them in summer 2020. One rug is located in a damp, shaded area. Over the winter each year this rug seemed to stay damp and resulted in a slight moss covering turning the rug an unappealing blue-green. The other, in full sun, also got a lighter coat of moss too. But when I was ready to use the outdoor space again in the spring it only took an hour or two to whip them back into usable shape. With such a large outdoor space of treated lumber, I invested $200 in a powerwasher a few years back (link below). The power washing, and a spray of diluted Dawn dish soap on the tough spots was all they needed for them to look new again. The power washer makes light work of it, but you can substitute more elbow grease in it’s place. Just add a couple more hours and more Dawn solution to this once a year task and you will be happy.Conclusion:For any product to get a 5 star rating is a very uphill battle. But for me, I am hard pressed to find a negative for this product. I’m going into my third year with these rugs, and they only cost me $112 each. That works out to under $40 a year so far with at least 2, or 3, or many more years left of service. Bought this after a blogger recommended. Not the best of material but seems durable enough. Love the color and design. Have had it for a few months and it’s holding up well.

we purchased this rug a few months ago and it looks fabulous and I "loved" it until it rained (only once and we live in the desert) and now it has wrinkles in several areas - like every few feet - and it will not straighten out - tried everything I can think of. Would like to hear from seller if there is a solution. Besides the wrinkles we love the rug.

This rug is absolutely beautiful and is everything it said it was on line, maybe more. Love it! Highly recommended!

i love the color and feel of this rug, and it brightens up my space beautifully, however it had manufacturing flaws. i contacted the seller immediately and they worked with me courteously and promptly and i was issued a full refund. with no flaws, the rug would be perfect for my patio, soft underfoot, lovely to look at, tying the space together beautifully.
