Don’t have exact dimensions any more. It stands about 4 ft high, maybe 2 ft wide and 3-4 long(?). It’s pretty flimsy wood but it is cute. The wind here in Idaho knocks it over , tack it down.

How many chickens can it fit?

I would put no more than four in it unless they are very large and then only two. Six bantams would probably be ok.

Would this be a good house for 8 chickens and 2 ducks inside of a large run?

This is more ideal for 2-4 hens. Your flock wouldn't fit in this coop.

I noticed it has a place for 2 perches and a nesting box divider, does it come with those or do you buy separately

It came with the dividers. It is a really cute set up. A lot smaller than I thought so be aware it is small and two chickens is all you will have in it. But if you are getting it for babies we had 4 in and they did great till we could put them with the big girls.
