It doesn't matter whether I'm trimming my chest, back, or more sensitive places like my crotch; the limit comb gives me the control I need to keep my appearance constant. I believe that the trimmer's flexibility to be adjusted makes it suited for a wide range of grooming tastes since it can easily accommodate a variety of hair kinds and lengths. When it comes to other trimmers, I have not had a positive experience with those that are not waterproof since they restrict the places and ways in which they may be used. With this particular type, on the other hand, I am able to use it without discomfort while I am in the shower, which makes the whole procedure more convenient and effective. It is quite easy to clean the trimmer; all you need to do is rinse it under running water, and it will be ready for the next time you use it. Not only does this function save time, but it also guarantees that superior hygiene is maintained.

It worked great for a couple of months and then it stopped working completely. I tried recharging it and it shows it's fully charged but it will no longer turn on. Disappointed as I really thought it was an excellent design and product until it stopped working.Excellent customer service as they replaced the item. Hopefully the second one does not have a similar issue. Will update.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've owned 4 or 5 trimmers both corded and cordless and have one that I'm fairly happy with. However, I wanted a unit with both trimmer and shaver capabilities. I bought one off Amazon a few weeks ago, used it the day after it arrived, left the shower bleeding 4 places in an area where no man wants to be bleeding at all. It got returned the next day. I ordered this unit. It arrived promptly, nicely packaged and it seemed a much better design. This one is WAY BETTER than the previous unit. More different heads for dedicated functions. EVEN THE TRIMMER HEAD DIDN'T NICK! Likewise, no nicks from the shaver head. This one's a keeper.

Thought I was making a good choice here, but unfortunately I did not.I do like the trimmer...shape, design ( except for one thing below ), how it feels in your hand, and power. But it is more of an attachment flop.First, the nose hair trimmer doesn't seem to trim well. Seems a day after I trim I am seeing hair that it missed. Tho I was thorough. Had an old Norelco with lots of attachments and it work real well.Same with the straight blade, seems more of an effort to trim and get a straight line on my mustache above my upper lip.Forget the dial comb. It seems only works well on #1. It seems to be the only setting that does trim my chest and stomach, and again, just seems to take more effort than my old one.Finally the trimmer attachment with the cover. Seems already ( after 2 months of intermittent use ) that the cover doesn't 'snap' on anymore, so it has a tendency to slip off when trimming.As for the design, what made them put the power button right where your thumb holds the trimmer? I am constantly shutting it off while trimming.After all this, I just changed my rating from a 3 to a 2, lol.UPDATE: Changing this to a 4 just for the great customer service. They saw my review, got in touch with me and really addressed my issues...so much so that they will be implementing them in their next iteration of this shaver. THIS is how you should do business. Customer Service is the key.

Great product, still early, but has everything you need. Charged quickly, packaged well.Charging cable is too short, lack of a plug for the charging cable is lame. Instruction manual is light on details.Overall great item, best case is that they see this a fix those simple negative things.
