The Chameye website has no option for support. Did a "contact us" email and got an initial reply. After i told them my issues, i never heard back from them again. Ended up returning the camera. Be aware there is no support other than "contact us" emails and i got no support. I was "ghosted". Hope you have a better experience.(UPDATE) Since this review Chameye has gotten back to me and the support has been nothing but great. Sandy is very responsive and they have bent over backwards to fix all of my issues. It must have been an email issue, because they have gotten back to me with an email response within 24hrs. Great Service

This is a great ptz option for the price. Having something that records in 4k is almost a necessity for streaming and content so this camera is good. The picture is clear and 4k. Setting up the control on OBS wasn't that easy but their customer service was great in guiding me through the settings and responds very fast. If the camera had auto tracking or face recognition for tracking it would be a 5 star rating for sure. Their ptz that has AI tracking is only 1080p.

I SHOOT PODCASTS AND CONFERENCES WHERE, AT TIMES, I'M THE ONLY PERSON CONTROLLING THE CAMERAS.LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR ALL YOUR DIFFERENT CABLS, CAT 5, MIC, DMX.THIS WILL TAKE YOU A FEW HOURS TO GET USED TO, BUT IT'S A FUN PROCESS IF YOU'RE A VIDEO PERSON AND A ONE-MAN SHOW.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THERE IS NO CASE FOR TRAVEL!

Le falta la conexión wifi, en mi opinión está amarrada a cable de red y HDMI.

One very serious camera. It’s going to take me a bit to learn how to use this but I’m very impressed so far. Amazing technology. If the price is reasonable try it out.

I have a bunch of PoE camera around my place. I decided to use this one outdoors mounted in a special doom enclosure. I am feeding the camera into my NVR and so far everything is working great.I really like that this is almost 360 PTZ. The most impressive feature is the 20x OPTICAL zoom. There are so many cameras that say "XXX Zoom", but they are all digital zoom which is so much less useful for security reasons.This is a very versatile camera that gives the user a lot of options. Eventually I might redo my camera setup, but I am super confident whatever system i move to this will support. Super super happy with this camera!
