The media could not be loaded. I loved this litter box for a month. It would have gotten five stars. But then it started to slowly fail. Felt blasé for the next month. Failed more the next. Felt angsty. Now it doesn’t work at all, and I hate it.Bought in November. Worked incredibly well for one month, then off and on for December and barely at all in January. Has since completely crapped out. I kept having to clean it out by hand every couple days because the scoop would get stuck on dried pee litter clumps. Get on my hands and knees, clean it out by hand, check litter level, hit the manual run button, door closes, light goes green, runs halfway, scoop gets stuck, red light. Rinse and repeat until it finally ran. Soon it wouldn’t run at all. Tried all the maintenance tricks, bag removal, wipe downs of sensors, resets. Manual clean won’t work, timed clean doesn’t happen at all. Sleep mode is off so that isn’t the problem. At first the manual reset could make it run, but now it won’t even do that. When I try it, the door closes, light goes green, no scoop movement, door immediately opens, light goes blue, UVs turn on. I try turning it off and on, try unplugging and leaving it, nothing works. It’s worse than a normal litter box at this point.App never worked properly. The only thing the app controlled was the sleep mode and the led. Manual clean never worked, pet health metrics never showed, litter levels never changed, nothing. Couldn’t even turn it off or on in the app.

Do yourself a favor and don’t do it. Get one that has a cement mixer style of cleaning. This system misses everything on the side. It smells terrible and doesn’t scoop efficiently. It works for about a week. Our first one the scooper broke in about 3 weeks. I tried everything and couldn’t get it to work. We returned it and go a replacement. It has to be exactly level which the second one is. It misses everything in the scooping process so you end up scooping anyhow. I cleaned the whole thing out this morning and by the end of the day the bathroom stank. It also scoops to the top back of the machine so it is not hidden and does not conceal the smell. I ended up having to change bag daily. I am now going to return and get a style that has more of a barrel and requires less maintance every day. This was a full time job taking care of this thing.

I love this litter box only giving it three stars because my first one was not working properly and it was a little hard to get directions on how to fix it so I just had to send it back and get a new one, but after getting the new one it’s worked amazing I don’t smell anything easy to take the dirty litter out and I love how it tracks how many times my kitty uses the bathroom easy to move and pretty easy to clean. I do use regular litter with it because my cat has problems, but I do feel like the litter that comes with. It works better.

I bought this litter box because I've wanted one forever now and this one happened to be on sale. Well it was definitely a waste of money! It worked great the first week, but ever since has had nothing but problems. The first issue was it stopped scooping. It would close the door then blink red and beep three times. We looked into the manual and it said the litter level could be an issue. My husband cleaned the entire thing out; which, mind you isn't fun in any way or convenient because he had to basically climb into it to scoop cup fulls of litter out because the top doesn't come off. It worked once again for maybe one day then went back to the beeping and red flashing. He cleaned it again to pristine like-new and it just won't automatically cycle through still. So I pressed the manual button through the app and it just beeps two times but won't actually do a clean cycle. This thing is junk! And now I have to somehow throw away this huge litter box! Don't buy!

This thing worked as it was supposed to for about a week. I emptied the waste receptacle twice. Then it quit working, and I couldn’t figure out why. I figured I would clean it thoroughly, and in the process, discovered that all of the waste was clumped on the rake. I cleaned the rake, and it worked for a few days. Then just stopped scooping. I tried everything that I could, but it will not automatically scoop, and the only way that I can get it to scoop is to use the app.Don’t waste your money on this.

For a few months it worked well. We have 3 cats and one of them absolutely will not go in it. That’s fine, she’s scared of a lot of things. But after we changed internet companies this device no longer works. We started completely from scratch re-setting it up, making sure on correct 2.4 connection. Followed same instructions as initial set up and it will not connect. Customer Service is horrible. They just restate the same instructions that are in the manual. No one can help troubleshoot whatsoever. There is no phone number to talk to someone. You have to email and then wait a week for a reply. This is a $400 piece of cat doodoo!!

Very nice litter box! Had a few issues with my original and customer service was very helpful and easy to work with! Would recommend to others !
