Rep Fitness Adjustable Bench – AB-3000 FID – Flat/Incline/Decline (White)

I was looking for a simple attractive bench. Looked at some highly rated amazon china stuff for half the price. My experience with cheap exercise equipment has been horrible. I just decided to buy their bench and weights as it universally praised. Great quality and sturdiness. Remember there is nothing worse than using cheap exercise equipment. Get the right stuff. Rep Fitness is unbeatable value.

Very solid and sturdy weight bench. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes to complete. Great quality for the money. I would definitely recommend this weight bench.

Two things: The bench is a high quality piece of equipment comparable to things I’ve used in retail gyms. My challenge to the company has nothing to do with the product, but rather the packing material used in shipping. I filled a 50 gallon trash bin with non-recyclable plastic, and plastic foam padding. And that didn’t include the cardboard that I cut up and recycled. I get that shipping products from China is difficult, and to be competitive in a free market is a constant battle. But we can’t keep shrugging our shoulders at the damage being done to our planet. And to the future generations who will inhabit it. All I ask the company management to do is to consider: Is there a way to do this better? If it costs an extra $1, or $5 can we limit “some” of the non-recyclable stuff we’re using?

Hello, Overall, the bench design looks nice and feels sturdy as well as comfortable. My worry is that lack of symmetry at the supporting rods shows a potential health hazard. The only half of the claw width is making contact with the rubber while the rest of it is waiting for the bench to drop slightly. I threw the boxes and cannot make a return. In addition, I am happy with the product aside from that issue. Hence I’d like to ask the developers/sellers whether they can confirm this is not an issue to return and that it’s normal. If you could send me some kind of that rubber material to wrap around the rest of the metal rod (looks like it needs to be cut in half to fit that metal bridge). That way I’d eliminate risk of experiencing a drop during exercising with heavy weights. Thank you
