Bought and added to 160z of water , like the taste but found it to salty. Then added to 320z of wster and ice, totally amazing , Grapefruit and strawberry and kiwi my favorite flavors, now can add to 160z no probs and the price is amazing !!!

This product is amazing for the price. I don’t know if you’ve seen the prices of other brands, but this one is a fair price. I’ve tried all the flavors and they are amazing and truly not overly salty. There is a little “aftertaste” but I think it’s from the artificial sweetener. I’m happy I found this stuff! Similar to LMNT, but better priced. I really like the salt flavors offered. My favorites are orange, strawberry and watermelon. Actually, not a bad one in the bunch I have bought both salt variety packs. I like that it's sugar-free and a change from Liquid IV, which I find too sweet at times. Both are sweetened with stevia. I only drink 1 per day, if I do drink it. Don't want to overdo it on the salt. Great to stash in my bag when I am out in the summer Texas heat. Definitely helps with preventing leg cramps. If you think it's too salty, just add more water. Mixes well and does not clump. Would buy again.

I haven't tried all the flavors in this pack yet but I can tell you my two favorite or watermelon and strawberry these things you can tell they have the electrolytes in them you can tell they have salt in them sodium I would say these if you are exercising and you're new to exercising and you need some electrolytes in your body or else you'll die these are the way to go if you're on a budget they're vegan they're gluten-free they are keto they're pretty much everything I think they're non-GMO good quality I like that it is color-free so like no dyes which is better for everyone's body appreciate you guys doing that I believe that the absorption is pretty good in this but I haven't tested it could be a little stronger maybe I don't know about vitamin content but these are pretty f****** good for like $12 you really can't beat it I don't think and if you could I would be worried about the quality of the other stuff I wish you could get more of the sticks for what you pay on this it seems a little outrageous but with the prices of all the other stuff out there for different brands of these sticks it's not incredibly horrible also it would be nice if on the packaging of the stick that it would like inspire you to work out more and to do lunges or to do whatever other exercise or just inspirational quotes or just others things you know Make your product more interesting and cool I wish these would have more different vitamins that people need for exercising and for sweating a lot there we probably need more vitamins than what's in these but you can probably make do with these I wish it was a little bit easier to tell what flavors what when you open up the box but other than that it's pretty easy maybe like have a box that see-through a little bit she threw window
