Great cooling gel patch
This is the first time I’ve used a cooling gel patch, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I have a disease that impacts my body’s ability to regulate my temperature, and I tend to have problems overheating quickly. I applied the patch when going to an outdoor sporting event, and it helped me stay ahead of the heat. It’s certainly not a prevention for extreme temperatures, but in cases where you need prevention or a quick fix and do not have immediate access to ice, this is a great option to have on hand.

Scent was strong
I didn't find that the "cold" factor was what I expected, so that is why I gave a 4-star review.Note: The scent was stronger than I expected and it irritated my skin, so I took it off early. My skin is quite sensitive and I should have known, that is why I didn't deduct further for this.
