Hot Wheels 2018 50th Anniversary Originals Redlines Series Complete Set of 5 1/64 Diecast Cars, w/Button

I’m a hot wheel collector and I’m suspicious these are not the real 50th anniversary release. There is one major flaw I’ve found with these, from a collectors standpoint. The missing “matching collectors button >” label behind the plastic. Everything else looks real even the serial number, but as a collective piece, that missing script from under the plastic insinuates otherwise. If you’re a true collector these are different from the others you will find in stores, which I have a set of as well. Every other 50th anniversary piece has the “matching collectors button” line on the package that I’ve found. Some pictures in the reviews have them so I’m wondering why mine do not?

Disappointed because I bought this to add to my hot wheel collection and when I opened the package I noticed two duplicate cars. Turns out they packaged my ‘67 Camaro in a ‘67 HEMI Barracuda box. This is upsetting because I didn’t plan to take them out of the packaging for collecting purposes and now I have a faulty set of hot wheels.

Mattel should have used period correct castings on these but they didn't. Instead opting for a hodgepodge of castings, some fairly recent. My set arrived with multiple badly damaged cards which was hugely disappointing as well.

This is a nice set at a good price. Ordered 2 sets and all 10 cars came in excellent condition. No bent corners if your a collector that's important. Also the shipping was really quick. I was happily surprised of the whole process. Thank you !! Tonight I showed them to a friend and she called later to say she bought 2. They sold themselves .

These are all very nicely recreated original Hot Wheels models from when they were originally introduced. I can remember that one of my brothers bought the Camaro when were kids. I used to love collecting these cars (and trucks). The only negative I experienced with this set was one of the package display cards was a bit roughed up on the bottom corners. Everything else was great.

The packaging was perfect. The cards and cars are in mint condition. Very happy with this order. I don't give 5 stars very often. Pictures coming soon.

We ate an avid hot wheels collector family. The cars are great but the packages were horribly damaged. I will not buy any collectables this way again

Son unos autos fabuloso, el porblema es el empaque una bolsa de plastico y ademas muy ajustada, donde se maltrataron todos los cartones , estoy pensnsdo en regresar, pero si pido otro pasara exactamente lo mismo, pesimo empques para autos tan costosos.
