This costume is cute! It is durable material and fits well. Fan is quiet as compared to other blow up costumes, but it is not as quick filling; however, it fills the costume well. I found the price on the higher side for the quality, but overall a cute quick costume idea for Halloween.

My son likes it

My wife and one of our kids got identical Alien inflatable costumes and wanted me to join in on the theme. I didn't want to be exactly the same so I found this and thought it would be a fun way to stay on theme but still be a little unique. This is essentially like putting on a pair of snow pants then power them up to expand. No shoulder straps, just a bungee cord to tighten it around your waist.The battery pack included with this takes regular batteries, but it also just plugs into the suit USB, so you can use a portable charger to power the fans on this as well. The down side to this is that a lot of portable chargers have an "auto sense" function that turn off automatically if it doesn't feel like the device is "charging" so when the power is regulated the fans stop because the power pack turned off. Not really a problem with the costume, but something to be aware of. I had to try a couple packs until I found one that seemed to stay on, but I'm going to bring the regular battery pack as well just in case.Overall, this fits well and has a fun goofy look. I like that I can wear whatever pants, shirt, and shoes fit the weather and this costume will still work perfectly when we take the kids out to trick-or-treat. Should be a fun Halloween!

Simple simple simple. Add batteries, step in, turn on the fan--costume done. The simplicity and the engineering of it is a bit amazing. Since you are basically sitting inside of an open balloon, there is a small fan that must run constantly in order to keep the costume inflated. I cannot be the one to judge since I do not have the best hearing, but it did not seem overly loud or intrusive. My one complaint is, since this is an adult costume, the fake legs should be a bit longer.

Except for lousy instructions, this is a funny and deceptive costume. Once I realized how easy it was to put on correctly, it was a blast. I just ran down the block and made the neighbors laugh while giving this a test run. Will undoubtedly use it again when it's halloween. I'm not sure how long the batteries will last - I have a feeling it won't be overly long.It's uncanny how it is difficult to realize just where my legs really are. I have had several people ask me how I got my legs over the alien's shoulders. That is the true success of this "illusion". Lot of fun.

It arrived with a slow leak, and after an hour of looking I simply couldn't find it. Only held air for about 10 minutes before I had to refill it, so I will not be able to use it for Halloween. Disappointed...
