Easy to swallow, supports iron supplementation
This iron supplement supported increasing my hemoglobin and ferritin levels (in addition to non-heme iron and IV iron) after endometriosis excision surgery. The capsules are small and easy to swallow too.

Iron that doesn’t make me sick and gets my blood levels up!
I’ve tried so many iron supplements and they all made me sick until this one. I don’t get stomach issues at all and my iron is normal for the first time in years! Great quality!

Great supplement
My Dr recommended this brand and I’ve been taking it for the last 6 months. It doesn’t upset my stomach. Take it with a small glass of OJ every morning.

High quality, gets your iron up!
Good product. I donate blood and platelets as frequently as allowed, and your iron needs to be a bit higher than the normal range to be eligible. This is a great supplement compared to your average iron pill since it's heme iron and more bioavailable. I have been able to keep my iron at donation levels a lot more effortlessly than before I started using this product.

Doesn't help made things worse.
If you plan to take this to rise your iron, don't bother, after being on this for 3 weeks (with VC my iron level dropped 4 points). How I'll need to do something a whole lot stronger. Thanks Promix Heme Iron for making a problem so much bigger.

Helped with low ferritin
I've been taking this to help with low ferritin levels. It helps so much, my energy has improved so much since I started taking these regularly. I've tried a few different heme iron brands and this one is hands down the best, it feels really "clean" (because it is ingredients wise) and I've never had any stomach upset from it. If you have issues with iron levels please try this, I've tried many different types of iron and this has been hands down the most effective and convenient.

Mysterious pill sizing change
This is the third time I’ve ordered this product and this time the capsules are at least double the size of the first two times I’ve bought it but the serving size is the same. I’m wondering whether I have been shorted the first two times I ordered or if this current one has a filler in it? Would love for the company to comment on this. I don’t see anything noted on the listing.
