Office Chair Mesh Executive Chair Adjustable Armrest/Headrest Rotating Chair with Footrest Lounge Chair

I know the big focus point of this chair is supposed to be the lumbar support, but can we stop and talk about the armrests first please? They are so amazing. I'm one of those people who can't just sit in a chair with both feet on the floor...even now I am sitting on one foot with the other foot up on the edge of the chair, my knee resting on the desk and one elbow leaning on the arm rest. Yeah, it's weird, I know. But I get stiff if I am in any one position for too long, and I work from home, so I sit at my desk all day long...so you learn how to mix it up. The way these arm rests pivot in and out, slide forward and back, AND height adjust? Game changer. Seriously. Cannot say enough good things about these armrests. Two photos attached show the armrest contrasts. One is height all the way up, angled all the way in, and slid all the way backwards. Other is height all the way down, angled all the way out and slid all the way forwards. Seriously, isn't this range amazing? ANYONE can get comfortable in this chair, I swear.Now, on to the rest of the chair:The seat is comfy mesh, since it's not a padded cushion I'm not worried about it wearing out and something hard pressing up through after a few months (like my last few chairs sure did). The back is also mesh, which you wouldn't think would be a big deal, but since my AC was broken last week the fact that I could feel the breeze from the fan coming THROUGH the chair and helping keep me cool instead of getting icky chair sweat from the pleather (again, referencing my last chair), this is a bigger deal than I expected it to be!Lumbar support isn't really something I NEEDED, but I don't dislike it. However my man is crazy about it and can't stop stealing my chair (not sure if this is a positive or negative, honestly...he likes it, but I'm not fond of coming to my desk and finding no chair). Probably going to have to buy a second one just so he stops stealing mine.The adjustable headrest is also a favorite feature of his...I'll be honest, I'm way too short to benefit, but he does look awfully comfortable (and smug) as he leans back in MY CHAIR and tips his head back knowing that the head rest will move with him perfectly. Punk.**Extra large easy-glide wheels were purchased with this chair as I have THICK carpet in the office where it is used and I didn't want to sacrifice mobility by having the standard tiny wheels. Not only do the new wheels look great, but they move wonderfully. The standard ones just don't do the trick on the carpet, but I knew they wouldn't. No judgment from me on that, I'm sure they work great on hard floors and probably even thinner carpets.

I like the fact that the fabric is breathable and easy to clean. it is firm but springy. so amazing and extremely comfortable, more importantly breaths and ventilates! the mesh feels very breathable. It is also easy assemble with the tool and parts provided total ,assemble time isn't more than 20 minutes.- Compared with other chairs all the parts came with defective parts and the missing screws. Packaging was on each part to make sure they were protected.- Has excellent lumbar support, most comfortable office chair I have ever had, very comfortable, i can sit in this chair for hours without back pain.- Upon opening the box, I found that all parts and hardware were clearly labeled, and tools (a allen wrench) were also provided.- The chair took about 10 minutes and instructions were easy to follow and the headrest is a bonus for when reclined.- Comfy, exactly what I expected, and I'm pleased with it. Any time I lean back or set up strait there is without noise.This is a amazing business chair, I normally hate writing product reviews but on this one I have to. Packaged very well, super happy with the purchase and good value for money, its comfortable and sleek. This is first time I buy chair online without taking a real look and it turn out pretty good than I have expected.

I have been looking for a great office chair for my wife for a while since my wife began to work from home. This is exactly what we expected. The arrived package is a little heavy but well packed. It is easy to assemble. I finished it within 30 minutes with the simple but clear pictured instructions.The mesh cushion and back support are much better my old style chair which easy to cause back pain. It is breathable so save my skin in a hot summer weather. We also enjoy the lots of flexibility in adjusting various parts as compared with my current one.Very satisfied with this high performance price ratio chair and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

(UPDATE) The seller has reached out and sent me a new chair, based on my customer experience I've changed my review. The original chair (when working properly) was awesome. I hope this one works as advertised.(Original post)For the cost, the chair was great, mesh seemed strong yet comfortable/forgiving, average assembly (instructions were good). However, a little over a month later, the bottom bracket that provides the lower back support started slipping out of place. When this happens, the bowed plastic bar slips up and the tab jabs into my lower back. It takes a lot of strength, patience, and maneuvering to get it back into place. Two pictures show it after its back in place, and two show it while its popped out. You can see the damage its doing to the mesh, and once it wears through the chair is useless.I've even tried sliding a piece of plastic between the bar and mesh but it slowly slides up during movement and I'm stuck with the same issue. I'll adjust my review based on what I hear back from their customer service.
