I ordered the 3.8 inch thickness and in my opinion this is the perfect thickness for a bench. The pillow is actually nicer than I expected and fits into the area perfectly. I ordered the exact measurements of the space and its fits just right. There is no need to size down or up. After I placed my order the company reached out to verify measurements and I was able to give them the precise dimensions of my space. This cushion is great quality and a great value for the price. It’s soft and comfortable and seems to be very durable so far. It comes vacuum sealed so it takes time to fluff. The picture is one day post opening. The instructions say it may take up to 48 hours of fluffing but I think it’s amazing already. The color is beautiful. I recommend this product and will likely order from them again in the future.

I'm very pleased with the material and quality of construction. I was concerned that the material color might be different from online picture or size would be off but to my surprise the color was exactly as pictured and it fit perfectly and comfortable.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the materials and attention to craftsmanship. My measurements were fairly complicated and I was skeptical they would get it right but they exceeded my expectations. I recommend sending a diagram like I show in my photos. Once I submitted the order the messaged me same day with confirmations on the design, they made recommendations for one of my corner measurement and had me confirm zipper location with photos of their design. They arrived in 1 week and everything fit perfectly. The measurements were exact. The quality of the material, zippers, grip and cushion are 5 stars. Everything fit like a glove. The foam is high quality memory foam. Not flimsy at all. I’ll be recommending to my friends and family. I chose the Light Gray color.

My seat cushion is exactly the color represented in the picture. It seems to be well-made, with a long zipper making the cushion cover washable (I guess, haven't washed it). The cushion arrives in vacuum sealed bags - one with the foam cushion, the other with the cover. You put the cushion into the cover and zip it up. The cushion seemed a little big for the cover, but I was able to stuff it in and get it zipped. The best things are that the cushion color is perfect and the measurements were spot on. Immediately after I ordered, I got an email asking me to double-check my measurements. I responded and the maker responded back. Nice communication. I assume the cushion and cover are manufactured in China based on the company name, communication, and length of shipping time. The amount of time to receive the cushion was between 2 and 3 weeks. I like the slip resistant backing a lot. I think, given the cushion was exactly what I ordered, it was a good value for the money. If ordering again, I would probably spend a little more and get a thicker inner cushion. I would also know to expect that I will be stuffing the cover myself.

Oh my gosh.....I'm very pleased!!! My house just got rebuilt and a LARGE bay window seat was added and I couldn't find anything the right size!!! And prices were crazy!!! But I found these and was able to order the right combination of sizes that I need to make everything fit and look beautiful!!! I had to order 3 pieces because the window seat lifts up in two places and then has another section along the window. The cushions are firm and the fabric is quailty, and the sizes were just as ordered.....PERFECT! I have included a picture. I'm so happy I found these and would definitely recommend them.
