This bottle is huge,so you definitely get your money's worth. It is delicious on the grill. It has a smokey bbq flavor. Works well on all different types of meat. It also works well on oven baked meat,and crockpot meals. It isn't spicy at all.

Love this in picketed sausage and dill pickles.

I use a lot of ginger so I buy in bulk. Smells and tastes great.

So, what are you supposed to do with this? This isn't a standard spice by any means and I even did consult Google to see what you'd typically use this for and all it says is "used to make pickles". Not how much you'd use to make pickles, but that you could use it for that.It'd be nice if this came with some sample recipes because I honestly don't know what to do with it. The spice inside is too big to add to a dish I think (the pieces I mean) but it does smell good.
