My washer always had this horrible smell. I tried bleach but it never seemed to do much. The smell always came back. So I saw this product and it said it was bleach-free and had citrus in it. The reviews sounded good and I love the smell of lemons so I thought I would give it a try. I put 2 packets (not 1) because I hadn't "cleaned" it for quite a while and ran hot water. It also comes with a huge wet wipe with the same ingredients that has a lemony smell to wipe down the inside of the lid, around the top of the washer and your detergent or top loading "bowls" around the edge of the washer. I wipe everything down when it was done. The washer actually had zero smell and it was shiny and sparkly like a new machine. My machine is old and it has never looked or smelled this great. I will continue to use these once a month as I have hard water and it comes from a well outside. It definitely got rid of that awful smell I was experiencing and the clothes smell fresher. Not a lot of money and it does the job. You don't have to pay more to find a product that works. This is a two-pack bundle so it has 8 uses. This will last me 8 months. Wonderful product. Wish I had found it much sooner. You will not be disappointed.

This works really well to clean my stainless steel tub in my washer. I have well water and a water softener but still get some residue on my washer tub. This has no harsh chemicals to harm my septic system and cleans the washer well. It cleans to tub and removes stale orders. I really like the wipes included to clean where the water level doesn’t reach. I like all the Lemi Shine products I’ve purchased.

I haven’t been buying this product now for probably about two years. I enjoy the sent because I tried multiple other brands of washing machine cleaner and found the scent too powerful and unappealing. This has a very neutral lemon smell that is light and appealing. I use these about twice a month every time I wash the couch cover our dog lays on and they do a good job of cleaning out hair from our washing machine and making it smell less like musty dog. I don’t use the wipes every time, as I don’t find they help remove hair which is my main reason for cleaning. Are used to purchase this for $6.97 at Walmart however it is no longer available anywhere except directly from Lemi Shine or here on Amazon and the $10.99 price is the same on both sites, But with Amazon I get free shipping. Despite the increase in price I will continue to buy it as it seems to work and the smell does not agitate me.

I got my original box of this awhile ago and did it religiously once per month. It works great! I'm happy with how it has kept my front loader odor-free. However, I went to reorder another box of it, and it was at least $5 more than the last time. Too much to spend. I'm going to find a way to make a version of it myself.

My washer is a front loader that tends to get smelly, and the lip inside the door gets a buildup. Lemi Shine washer cleaner was easy to use. Just toss the packet contents into the washer & run it through a cycle, then wipe the inside & the lip with the wipe. Smells very nice.
