My review of this waist trainer so far is very positive. It’s definitely better than the one I purchased from TikTok. I’m a petite woman, about 5’0 and around 145 lbs, and I do have a bit of a mommy tummy. After reading different reviews, I decided to order a size large because I didn’t want to deal with returning it if it didn’t fit. So far, the waist trainer fits well. I’m able to hook it on the second row comfortably. When I sit down, it doesn’t roll up in the back, but I do notice a little rolling in the stomach area when sitting, which might just be because of my position. Other than that, I can breathe fine and sit up straight without feeling uncomfortable. For the value, I definitely think it’s worth the money. I’m glad I purchased the large. I probably could have sized down, but I didn’t want to risk it. I mainly wanted something that would help cover my stomach more when wearing pants and dresses.

For my plus size tall ladies, this is great for the waist however if you are tall, I am 5'10 for reference, if you place is under your breast like in the photo you'll pudge at the bottom similar to a muffin top, contrary if you have it low above the top of the rear it gives you back spillage. Great quality overall but not a good fit for the tall ladies. I recommend their waist trainer that goes over the shoulders as well.

This waist trainer is definitely worth the money. The sizing is true to size. If you want a tighter fit I suggest you size down. It’s very comfortable while giving you the compression you want. It doesn’t roll down or up so it supports the back very well. I definitely would suggest this waist trainer. Great product.

Maybe it' just me... maybe I can't wear shapewear. But if I have to choose between breathing and shapewear I think I'd rather breathe. It looks fantastic when stading up. It fits perfectly well. Well made with good materials that is why I gave it 3 stars. But whe I sit down I just cannot breathe properly. Honestly it is not for everybody. I guess I am just not used to wearing this kind of garment.

I love this product. I use it in the morning when I wake up for about three hours especially while I’m working it’s great! I look toned and it helps me with my posture. I wasn’t sure before but it’s worth the money me it fits great as well as I don’t sweat alot with this. It supports my back and helps with my sciatic pain

I am honestly surprised. I have ordered waist trainers in the past, which were okay but nothing special. This trainer is durable, tight without being overbearing, and offers excellent coverage for longer torsos. I usually have an issue with that, but this one is actually a bit too long - not to the point where I cannot wear it. I really like it. I do not wear all day; four hours at the most and working my way up. It does support my back and gives the illusion of an hourglass figure (I am an angular shape). Definitely a good buy!

I have been using this for a few months. I am 4 months post partum and feel like it offers nice support for my stomach as well as my back. Material does not irritate my skin, and the hooks stay in place and is very stretchy. Only downside is that I do find the middle strap to move around or will fold when sitting down and makes a crease. I’m about 5’2 and 150lbs and ordered a medium and fit well. Comes to the top of the ribs and down to the hips on me, but can be adjusted.
