This really assits me in my sleep cycles!

Great product for staying asleep and falling back asleep if you do wake. Beware of the valerian root building up though, it's easy to take this a few nights in a row and be super groggy into the late morning.

Others have comments that these invoke strange dreams, especially in the time prior to waking. I concur. Although the effect has waned over the years I've been taking these (not daily, I cycle). Two works well for me in combination with 5mg of melatonin. When I take three I am good and knocked out.

Generally useless. No noticeable impact on sleep whatsoever. Its basically well marketed snake oil. Shame on Jocko for whoring himself out for this useless crap. You are better off taking a Benadryl or actually getting some trazadone.

I work 10 hour shifts in an automotive factory and then go train jiu-jitsu after work 4-6 days a week. This busy schedule causes me to only get 4-6 hours of sleep monday through friday. I started taking hypnos on fridays and saturdays and it has helped tremendously with feeling refreshed and "catching up" on my sleep. I use to sleep 10+ hours on the weekends and still feel about 80% when I wake up. With hypnos I sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling awesome, my muscle soreness is significantly reduced and my joints feel new again. I 100% suggest hypnos if you want help with sleeping deeper and or help with your recovery overall. Great stuff, get you some.

I’ve been using this product for several months, at first I had great success and was sleeping better than I ever had before, now I believe this is messing up my sleep. I can’t seem to get a good nights rest no matter what, not even cutting out coffee makes a difference. It seems too much of a good thing has become a bad thing, so take this supplement and improve your sleep quality but do not stay on it for a long period of time

Works as advertised. I pop 3 (single dose) about 30 min before bed. For me the issue was staying asleep and not falling asleep. When I take these I stay asleep. 1 bottle will last you a month if you take it every night, I started out using them every night but now I alternate between this and a combination of Magnesium Glycinate and Threonate. Both work very well but the good thing about Jocko brand is there is a bunch of awesome ingredients in one pill, and with the Jocko brand I feel like I sleep deeper and longer.

Good stuff, take about a hour before bed and out! It takes 1 or 2 days depending on your body to get the full effect but that’s with most everything. Good stuff
