This brand is really great quality. This product along with their magnesium helps me to sleep at night.

I take ashwagandha in waves over the course of a year as I find it helps me to relax more and get better sleep quality. This particular product attempts to create some uniqueness by highlighting its ethical-sourcing credentials as well as containing a small amount of magnesium in the dosage - something that I also often include in my supplement regimen. The amount of ashwagandha in the two-pill-count dosage is stated as 600mg - which is not a particularly high-strength dosage. This is perhaps suitable for anyone who is just ticking along rather than someone that ‘really needs it’ as they might favour something stronger. I do think it is important to emphasise the 2-pill-dosage as this is often unclear on first glance as supplements are often listed with their total pill count rather than the number of days’ supply. The 60 count in this bottle is just 30 days’ supply. For a price of c. £25 for 30 days’ supply is quite expensive for 600mg strength ashwagandha, but it does come nicely presented, the pill composition has a good quality feel to it, and so far I am feeling the usual subtle effects as expected. If the ethical sourcing is particularly important to you then you might feel it is worth the premium.

I rave about these supplements all the time! I have tried numerous different brands and these are the only ones which have truly worked and made a difference. As these also contain magnesium, I take them before bed and have much better sleep.

Those are magical tablets , they really works . I'm taking 2 tablets in the morning and they are keeping me full power for entire day . Real energy boost !!! And at night I'm finally sleeping ...after long time straggling for proper sleep finally those tablets making my sleep perfect !!! If I can add more then 5 stars for this product I will do it !!! I’ve been taking various mushroom extract and other wellbeing tablets for a while now and i was very intrigued by these as they are ethically sourced and completely natural. I find that during the winter we lack a lot of vitamins and minerals needed to maintain a healthy immune system and good wellbeing, so vitamins help to give you an extra boost. The packaging on these tablets is beautiful, they look and feel expensive, and I definitely think that you get what you pay for with these. The brand have an excellent ethos which is important to me. In terms of their effectiveness, I think this is very hard to judge as you cannot easily identify or isolate the effects. I’ve taken them for well over a month and so far, have seen and felt a positive impact, although there is multiple factors at play so it is hard to comment. Overall though i am very happy.
