Sideserf Cake Studio™ EDIBLE CLAY Modeling Chocolate for Cake Decorations and Hyperrealistic Edible Sculptures

This arrived separated and crumbly, but it kneads back together BEAUTIFULLY. It made my life so much easier with long ropes that stay flexible and don't break! It's expensive but worth it. It is easy to mold, doesn't dry out, and holds together SO much better than fondant. Love it. Tastes better than fondant too!!!!

This modeling clay from sideserf cake studio is very easy to work with. I was exited to try it out, and it is great for making shapes. It comes in a block with separated material crumbling everywhere. Once you take it out of the wrapping, which I found to be a little difficult, you will find it is sweet. Overall recommend. Good if you want to try something new.

Separated and leaking outside of bag in the container. A clump of dry "clay" with a bunch of essentially grease on the outside of the bag. Going in garbage. I assume it got too hot while in storage somewhere , and separated, then leaked, then re-hardened into its components.

I liked this product but it is a bit greasy to touch. I used this in a cake I was decorating. I would buy this product again I just had to use a bit of corn starch to suck up the grease. It is easy to mold and to create things for cakes and cupcakes.

It it SO hard to find a solid white modelling chocolate that tastes good & isn't finicky, this brand is my favorite though! I've made my own, purchased at least three other brands, & this one takes the cake! I've been able to make some gorgeous, easy appliques with this brand & it always comes out fantastic! Smells very white chocolatey too & doesn't seem to melt as quickly as other types of white modeling chocolate! Really takes well to oil coloring without getting too sticky.

Was moldable but too soft. It didn’t dry and stay shape. The My Little Pony mushed into itself and looked odd shaped and smushed after sitting out to dry. You could tell what it was but I spent a lot of time on it, I was disappointed.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my son and I used this edible clay for something fun to do so we watched Natalie’s YouTube video and tried recreating her ice cream cone. I can’t believe how fun and easy it was! We felt like professionals! We tried using fondant once and it was so hard to work with. With the edible clay you could sculpt and shape with ease! Plus it’s delicious!! I was told this edible clay is the best on the market and boy they weren’t kidding! Everyone loves it!

I was pretty intimidated when my daughter asked for a hyper realistic amethyst cake for her birthday, she showed me a video and it linked this product. It was super easy to work with, took color very well, and honestly the finished product was so much better than I ever imagined I would be able to do.
