304 Stainless Steel Rice Cooker Inner Bowl for Zojirushi NS-TSC10 (5.5cups) Multi-Cooker Replacement Inner Pot

This is the only stainless steel insert compatible with the Zojirushi NS-TSC10 5-cup rice cooker I could find. I originally used the nonstick (presumably PTFE/other fluoropolymer) insert that came with the Zojirushi cooker, but realized it’s not ideal for health reasons. Even with careful use, PFAS is always a concern from normal abrasion with wear/tear. I love my rice cooker and wanted to be able to continue to use it. I’m so happy to have found this perfectly safe stainless steel insert to use.My rice cooks perfectly! Of course the caveat is that this insert does stick, especially for jasmine and sushi rice. This is to be expected. Cooking spray, or simply cleaning the insert immediately after cooking, avoids this issue.
