this was to replace a cheaper gazebo we've had for 3 years the quality is poor the canopy is really thin nothing like the picture on the sale site wanted to send back but it states no return once assembled canopy was the last thing to take out of the bag so didnt see the poor quality this will only last this summer

Disappointed that the canopy is thin and not even showerproof - water comes through it .Base good shame the canopy is poor quality, going to have to buy a waterproof one now as unable toLeave cushions on garden sofa 😔

Awful product, keen at doing DIY so thought a gazebo would be no issues with 2 qualifications in engineering. Had to rebuild this several times as the top canopy poles never seemed to line up, 2 days later the whole roof collapsed and barely any wind at the time too, rebuilt again and within an hour it collapsed with myself underneath striking me with several of the poles, and after that the poles had snapped had it up about 2 weeks in total with a few weeks prior to me getting around to putting it up due to being at work as an emergency worker. Very upset by how awful this product is and how it's cost me £180 pound for a product which is not fit for purpose

The metal quality id really poor and 4 of the 8 roof joints all broke and the roof collapsed. on inspection there were no pressure marks on the joints so it was either poor design or inferior materials being used. Whats worse is the company is based in Germany and refuse to give a refund even though it is my statutory right. Awful company and awful product. Stay away
