Chose this one because it was one of the more expensive ones and I wanted a quality product. I did not have a UK to USA adapter and so I was using it via my laptops USB. It worked twice and there after cut out every time I tried to use it. I contacted the company and after having to send them explanations and videos etc I got no where and became even more concerned when I received emails from their ''Happiness Specialist''. The more worldly wise among you will know what I mean. In the end I returned it to Amazon. This was the first time ever I had returned anything and I can well done to Amazon because it really was a very easy hassle free experience. Personally I would never buy anything again from this company.

I am not sure if this product do me any good! I used it few times and I experienced more pain. Then I stopped using it for a while and then pain back to normal. So, I am not using it at all. Also, when I used it with USB connection the port became too hot.

UPDATE 2/19/25: Excellent Customer Service. Easy to reach and prompt response. Replacement for the broken USB connection part of the cord is on its way. Still alternating use on hips, knees, back and hand every day and it really makes a difference in my mobility. I am also on their waiting list for their red light therapy cap for thinning hair. UPDATE 2/16/2025: The red wire that connects to the USB broke. I will contact the co. and see what they say. Photo added. I have used this device every day since I got it in July 2024 and want to keep using it. The black plastic cover for the USB also broke apart. UPDATE 11/19/24: After 31 25-minute hip treatments I can walk as I did before my fall. It has also helped treat a 'trigger finger', still a little stiff but not 'catching' all the time and I can make a fist; I have only used it on my hand about 8 times so far; also helped reduce sharp pain at the bottom of my right thumb. I like the belt because I can double it and treat my hand on both sides. I use it somewhere every day. For me, it was well worth the cost. NOTE: I used this therapy method very soon, not after having a condition for years so if you are in the latter category, it may take many weeks of treatment 3-5 times a week for you to see results. ORIGINAL review: Arrives exactly as described. Plenty of length to wrap around your hips or back; I am able to wrap around my whole body as I am a small person. Strong velcro so it stays in place. It's well made and seems to be of very good quality. 800# for support and a lifetime warranty. Comes with a little user guide. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip joint and knee post-fall and it was very painful to walk, sit and bend. In just 9 20-minute combined infrared & near infrared sessions with this device, I have about a 90% improvement. I can walk, sit and bend with very little pain - I'd say I went from about a 5 to a 1-2 on a scale of 10. My hip has arthritis so it will never be perfect. I cannot say this will work for everyone, but I can say it worked for me and I'm going to keep using it on a regular basis on hips, knees, back and hands. P.S. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this device as there are warnings about cheaper ones causing burns. This one gets warm but not hot, they say rest 3 hrs. between uses to let it completely cool. It is made in China.

Very happy with quality and results. I’m suffering from carpal tunnel and am also waiting for knee replacement. I have used this for about a week know and the wrist pain has been significantly lower. The knees have also improved. It’s not the cheapest but I’m not regretting the purchase.

This red light therapy belt has been a strong addition to my routine. I use it after core workouts, and the gentle heat helps with muscle tension and overall recovery. My mom started using it while healing from a leg break, and she felt real relief during her recovery, so I’m actually buying her one for Christmas. One thing to note: follow the recommended usage times. If you go beyond what the instructions advise, it can cause skin sensitivity or mild irritation. As long as you stick to the guidance, it works exactly as intended. Overall, it’s easy to use, effective, and worth the purchase. Nice size and I definitely recommend it.

Initially loved the heat, warmth after dealing with lot of snow shoveling, and then realized that the recovery overall was faster. Got it in January for my mom, and initially had to push her to use it until she saw the light aka it was making her feel better, and consistency here makes all the difference. Her back is a mess so stenosis, scoliosis, sciatica, and so on..at this stage any improvement is welcome

This device is well made and I can feel that the muscles in my lower back have received a treatment...my muscles relax a little but if the belt is held too close to the area (too tight) or for too long, the muscles react in a way that shows they had too much light therapy (tighten up) so keep the belt a little loose. I only use it for about 3 minutes at a time to make sure I'm not getting too much which would cause the area stiffens up a bit. One thing that could be improved on the device is there should be a light indicator on the remote that shows the lights are on and when they shut off. I always have to peek at the inside of the belt to see the lights glow to make sure it's on or off. We're not supposed to look at the lights so I think this is a shortcoming.
