The five star is for the product; not the delivery service. I LOVE the chairs (2). They were exactly as described and color. My decision to pull the trigger was all the exceptional previous reviews. He packaging was phenomenal. The downside which has nothing to do with the product is that as I followed the tracking, it was scheduled much further down the road, which was fine. By chance, I decided 2 days before I expected it to track it again, and in my Amazon account, it said, “delivered”. And the date was the day before! I ran outside and low and behold, the two boxes were outside, in front of my garage and had been there for 20 hours! I got no notification from FedEx, which I’m not totally surprised, and nothing from Amazon which is very disappointing. It could have been stolen, and or been raining and it would have been a total disaster.

Super cute chair. The chair is best fit for short term sitting versus relaxing and watching tv. 4 stars due to customer service and cuteness/style of chair.

Great quality, easy assembly. Sturdy chairs and super comfortable!

Everything about these chairs says a quality product. From the way the seams line up on the fabric to the way the holes line up for the screws. Took my husband & I about 15 minutes to assemble & part of that time was taking off the protective packaging. (The packaging itself was pretty impressive). I’d say the chairs would fit almost any size room. We have a large room, but wanted a low profile chair & these are perfect. The swivel mechanism is sturdy, not cheap & the swivel is very smooth. The cushion is the right amount of firmness (not hard) and quite comfortable. My husband uses one of the chairs the most & he is 6’, 215#. The only negative for me is that the color of the fabric (taupe) is quite a bit lighter than what is shown in the picture. I’m a bit disappointed with that, because the color in the photo was exactly what I wanted. But it wasn’t enough for me not to like them and not enough to take off a star. But be aware if exact color matters.

beautiful chair, well made, great price

This chair is beautiful and assembly was easy. It was well packed and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the wood that goes along the base seems to have been cracked prior to shipping. I’m hoping it doesn’t crack further and didn’t want to bother with exchanges so I put the crack at the back of the chair. I would like a second one, I’m just nervous to order because of that. It’s really comfortable and the fabric doesn’t show dog fur. Would be 5 stars without the crack!
