Awesome company
Wow. These people wrote the book on customer service. Several phone calls during the process and the delivery driver call me twice. The hot tub cover was better than expected. Would use this company again and highly recommend

Caution: Consult with the company before buying!
It's difficult to decide how to rate this hot tub cover. It looks nice and arrived quickly, but we are unable to put it to the test because we cannot use it on our hot tub. I should've used more caution before ordering and sought guidance with regard to measuring. Our hot tub has speakers, and nothing in the customization instructions mentions that they do not make covers to fit hot tubs with speakers. I do think this information should be included in the item description, thus my three-star rating. Update: I just edited my review to change my three-star rating to a four-star rating. After a little confusion and back-and-forth with company reps, I ended up being very impressed with the company's efforts to improve customer satisfaction.

Love our new hot tub top!!!
I was somewhat nervous about purchasing an item that required me to make measurements and select from several specific details as it was made to order. Before it went into production I was able to speak with a representative who walked me through some of the options and I felt far more comfortable afterwards. The end result was a beautifully produced top with all of the specs that I requested… my OEM top lasted 7 years so I’m hopeful that this was will be as good!

Extremely disappointed
We haven’t had this lid 6 months. It’s the most we have ever paid for a lid cover and the absolute worst performance. $700 is top tier pricing! It was great until it wasn’t

Great Replacement Cover
This cover is a great replacement! It was easy to order, came a little quicker than anticipated, and was 1/2 the cost of buying one from the pool and spa store.
