I started using this after my workouts to relief soreness and add muscle relaxation and it works wonders. The vibration levels can be adjusted according to your preference. I got this KNQZE Red Light Therapy Belt, and it’s honestly amazing! The heat and vibration feel great on my back, and it really helps with pain relief. I love that you can adjust the settings to get the perfect level of heat and massage. It’s super comfy to wear, and I even use it while watching TV or doing chores. Bonus—it also helps with digestion! If you deal with back pain, sore muscles, or just want a little relaxation, this is totally worth it. Definitely recommend it for yourself or as a gift!

This vibration/red light therapy is really nice quality. The belt that goes around your waist is stitched really well and thick. The belt itself is not stretchy at all but they do also include an extender with this which I think is a nice addition. The velcro is strong so there is no worry of this falling off while walking around.The belt has 3 buttons:ON/OffHeat-2 heat modes which you can determine because either a red light or a green light will show. It gets decently warm too.Vibrate-3 vibration modes that you can cycle through and the strongest is strong. I can definetly see this being used by some for digestion issues because this thing will shake you lol.It comes with a type C charging cord but you will need a block for it. The charge lasts a pretty good amount of time too. I've used it several times now for a decent amount of time and not had to recharge it yet.I love that this is cordless and you can walk around and do chores with it on. You can put it on your stomach or I also used it on my back.My only complaint is that there does not seem to be a way to just use the heat setting without the vibration. The vibration is automatic when you turn it on and scrolling through the modes does not ever turn it off. The heat can be turned off though. I've seen other reviews saying it does both but I've tried and tried and can't get the heat without the vibration mode. Maybe it's user error but let's be real, it's not that complicated to work.Also it should be noted that this DOES NOT have shiatsu massager or any massage feature to it. I've seen others saying it's a massager and it simply is not. It's a vibrating slimming belt. The slimming is most likely coming from the vibration helping with lymphatic drainage and digestion bloat as I don't see this as burning calories or making you sweat.Itching with any type of vibration plate or belt is also pretty common as it moves the blood flow to your extremities. Start with the lowest setting and work your way up. This usually will go away after acclimating to it.

This thing is HUGE. I bought it hoping it would help with period pain while working from home, but it made things worse. You can’t turn off the vibration, which actually intensified my cramps. It’s also bulky and uncomfortable—so much so that I ended up going back to my regular heating pad. If you’re looking for something for period relief, this isn’t it.

This is a great massager for my back pain. I was using massager chair pad for last few months but it needed to be plug in to use. Because it’s wireless, it helps me to massage and do other work at same time. The heating and vibration also improved my digestion and constipation issue.
