I dropped sugar and artificial sweeteners - they’re in almost everything. They’re incredibly damaging to our arteries, our mental and bodies overall. 👍🏼 unflavored It takes a few days to adjust to unsweetened cocoa + 1 scoop casein + 1 scoop whey mochas, but protecting my body is worth it. Solid breakfast mocha + whole oats, walnuts, apple. At night I mix this a banana, frozen berries, frozen broccoli for a delicious smoothie for 3 servings fruit/vegs with just enough natural sweetness to satisfy. Blending casein doesn’t make a big head of froth like whey, and delivers 7X calcium than whey. 1 scoop = 50% daily calcium need.

Do not buy this stuff. It clumps horribly and tastes like sand. When I tried to contact the manufacturer, they were totally silent! Unsatisfactory customer service and the product should not be allowed to be sold!

Más o menos no más este producto, se hace como una pasta cuando lo meto en la licuadora, me toca poner un montón de agua para no más de un scoop. Pésima está prote grumosa.

I think this batch is contaminated with E. Cool every time I consume it I get a burning sensation when I urinate. I noticed few weeks ago. About the taste and texture it’s a fine protein easy to mix with the blender and absorbs well.
