I was using it DAILY and SEEING AMAZING RESULTS the only reasons I gave it 4 Stars is because the top guard that helps keep it in place on your face do I had to return it & will be re-buying it again being it worked so well once they initiate my refund.It’s very relaxing - helped improve skin care - easy use - fit was great minus the guard breaking which I’m sure was a fluke but this product DOES WORK + Will improve your skin!

I purchased this mask for a friend, she loves the mask so I purchased another for myself. The directions for turning the mask on need a little improvement but once I got it turned on, it worked fine. I put on the mask and all the lighting features were good. My only issue was how uncomfortable I felt in the mask. It was very heavy and uncomfortable. I ended up returning my mask and will replace with a lighter more flexible one. That being said, my friend who is very picky, loves it.

The mask worked great until the battery died. I've tried charging it multiple times, leaving it plugged in...etc. It will turn on for a few seconds and then die. Pretty disappointed given all the other reviews were so high, wasn't expecting it to only work less than a month. Too expensive for a defective product. Not worth the risk.

The media could not be loaded. The science behind LED light therapy makes sense to me, so I bought this slick mask for some at-home self-care. Lightweight and super easy to use. Too soon to determine my results, but the seven LED color options, each of which are said to help skin concerns like wrinkles, fine lines, freckles, etc. really make this the all-in-one mask of the moment. Real review.... It's OK. I've only used a few times and definitely feel it works. Easy to adjust the straps to get the right fit and very easy to select which setting you want to use. So I would recommend this product based on ease of understanding and usability. However, it's very heavy! I find I have to use my hand to hold it or it's too heavy on my eyes. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. I want to be able to use this after a shower and relaxing in bed and the weight makes that hard.

I’m giving it two starts because it was fairly easy to set up and use and it felt very comfortable on the face. The reason I got this device is so I can treat the very fine lines that are starting to form around my eyes. However, that area around the eyes has no LED lights and is rubber. I realize this is to protect the eyes but it defeats the purpose of treating lines around the eyes.

Item worked well for a week or so, then would only work for about a minute despite being fully charged. Returning.

I’ve used it 3 times this week on red light and noticed my pores on nose greatly reduced. Instruction book tells u nothing about what each color does which is the point of the product so I’m docking 1 star. Had to google to know what the colors are for. Red: anti-aging and collagen, Yellow: evens skin, sun damage, Deep blue: acne, tightens, purify, White: Boost (unsure what that means) Green: brightening, fights wrinkles, light blue: calm, acne Purple: combination of Red and Blue benefits.
