I workout a lot and go through quite a few pairs of shorts just through regular wear and tear. These are really good in many ways.They seem very durable. COOFANDY from my experience makes very high quality clothes for a good price. I like how they have a lining. They're relatively lightweight and seem pretty breathable.However, there are a couple of things I wish were a little different. COOFANDY apparel tends to run on the large size and these are no exception. They hang down right to my knee (with the small). I prefer shorter shorts. If you're taller it won't be an issue.Also, they have long, deep pockets. I wish they had zippers, though. I always worry about losing keys, etc. while running. Still, these are nice shorts and you get two for a reasonable price.

The inner shorts are tight enough, without being restrictive. The material of the inner shorts feels good on the skin and absorbs sweat.These shorts have two pockets for keys, music player etc.Manufacturing quality seems to be good.Great price for decent running short. Recommended!
