The Burberry watch was purchased as a Christmas present and 3 months later it has fallen apart! 3 of the 4 screws came off the back plate causing water to enter the watch. I had bought a real Burberry in store for my spouse previously and it’s clearly better quality - sturdy, heavier higher quality metal. I have tried to contact the dealer and they are unresponsive.
