Ok. Pros: good storage. Very easy to use. Good speed transfer considering data size. Got a free 32 GB drive when I registered. You can take pictures and video directly to the USB device. The app is really good. It allows you to backup and restore contacts. Worth it just for that. I’m impressed with how well it works. There is one flaw and it’s kind of big. If you don’t have years of pictures on your phone, you might not have to worry. The problem only occurs when Apppe reaches img-999 and starts over. Cons: slider on the USB device doesn’t lock (not a big deal but would help) I have to check to see why it didn’t show up on my Mac. I have been having a few problems so not going to say if it was the USB drive or not. It showed up right away on my PC. VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND this next part. Apple makes folders inside of the DCIM folder on your phone with numbers starting with 100 as the folder name and then img-001.jpg and when it gets to img-999 it starts over but it might be in folder 110 by now. It moves the pictures in iTunes to separate folders but then if you ever move all of the individual pictures from each folder to the same folder, the computer asks if you want to overwrite or keep both files when it sees a picture with the same name.. Always choose to keep both files because it’s a different picture with the same name. I don’t know why Apppe does this. You would think that they would have addressed this by now but they have not. So, the app this device uses is very good. I like it, but one of the issues, which is really Apples fault, is that it puts all of the pictures into one folder and when there are two with the same name, it automatically overwrites without asking. This allows for you to lose pictures and not realize it. I sent this message to the seller, but I don’t think they can do anything about it. They are just resellers. Whoever designed the app needs to either keep Apppes folder structure or rename the file instead of overwriting it. After the backup job was complete (from the iPhone to the drive) I then plugged it into the computer upon examining the pictures, there were 2 that I was specifically looking for but they were missing. Fortunately, I had backed everything up a month prior and found the pictures and verified, by testing, that I was correct about what was happening. So, in summary, I love this device. I think they all probably do the same exact thing. The price was good. The seller responded to my emails almost immediately. I have some suggestions for the seller if they would like some advice. All in all, I was worried from other reviews, but it turned out to be a good buy. One of the things that I have noticed is that the competitors will go to all of their competitors and leave bad reviews. Look at the English, because most of them use a translator and as you may or may not know, translators don’t sound natural. They use weird words. Also, a lot of sellers put fake good reviews on their own products. Again, most of them use translators. If the English is strange and they mention another brand, 99.5% fake when they down talk one brand, they have to mention their own. A lot of sellers are going to be mad at me for letting everyone know. Many people already know. Andy, let me know if you want to chat. I can help you with the manual if you don’t mind.

Great Drive at a price that you cannot pass up! I have lost 2 other iPhone lightning flash drives because they were too small and narrow. I know people like stuff compact, but after losing 2 not me. I like that I can actually see the drive with the naked eye! It transfers files very fast both to and from my computer and iPhone, and the Y-Disk app for the iPhone worked right off with no problems. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends for sure. I also will purchase another one soon for my daughter and wife.

I just bought this little device, and found it very powerful for the functions it performs. It REALLY performs three functions in-1! It is also strong, because it is made of aluminum. No more overloading in my iPhone 7! I am using it with my iPad 3 too, and it works great! Great deal for the price! I am happy I bought it!

This drive works as expected. The App is easy to follow. That should be enough an endorsement. A video will play to completion which was not the case with another inexpensive USB 3.0 drive I bought. A pdf magazine file is also quickly loaded and displayed. So far there are no "cons" to this drive. For the price you cannot go wrong. Order one and try it for yourself. 128 GB is a lot of storage and the App makes the files seem like they're in the iPad's memory. The Amazon add says you can return it for free if not satisfied. Seems like a no lose deal to me. Give it a try.

This flash drive is awesome! I'm able to get everything off of my old iPhone 6s and also my LG android. I love it!

The only off putting of this device is i have to take my case off to use it on my iphone 6s other than that i love it. i love that its universal and the luv share installs instantly after putting it in the phone. it fits snug and doesnt fall out. lets you see your storage as well as lets you make folders and sending stuff over is a piece of cake. i hope this lasts along time cause i love it so far.

The USB stick is awesome!! I love how much it can store. It is so easy to use and I already suggested that my daughter get one.This makes it very easy to copy files from an iPhone and put them on your drive. You can do the same thing with the charging cable, but you may not always have your computer nearby to move the files over. This will come in really beneficial when I want to copy pictures from family members phone when we meet.I had to download an app "Y-Disk" on my iPhone to use the device. I was able to quickly backup all my photos and videos and then transport them to my computer. The app allows me to copy contacts and photo/videos from my phone to the disk. Unfortunately, the app description and functionality on the app store is all in Chinese, but the app is self-explanatory to use and is aided by using universally understandable icons.I don't know if there is not a way on the app to select the pictures desired to copy to the USB device or I simply did not see it. This is the only suggestion I have regarding the app. Once I have backed up all my photos and videos, I certainly don't want to back them all up again and end up with duplicates on my computer.The device allows you to extend out the lightning connector or the USB side depending on your action. It does not allow both ends to be covered for storage purposes and it does not have a dust cap. I have decided to protect the delicate lightning connector and have the USB extended when not in use, but would love to either allow both to be covered or best of all have a dust cover for each end for protection.

The Flash Drive actually works as advertised. However, the Y-Disk software is necessary, and is not maintained. File association is potentially a problem since there is no "Open In" option. Standard document types are okay. Streaming is okay.

I have had this stick for some time now and have used it 7or 8 times. Transfer of photos back and forth is easy and works well. My issue is with the device itself. At first I thought it was damaged, however, it did fit into my notebook after some tweaking. The actual USB part is quite flimsy and I feel it has to be handled very carefully or it will fall apart. After using it for awhile now, sadly I would not recommend this product. I worry that the "next' time I insert it into the slot, it may fall apart or something would happen to prevent me from saving my photos.

This did not download majority of my videos in a format that my computer could read which is the main reason I got this to clear those space hogging videos from my phone - very disappointed!
