It’s a box, you’ll have to cut your own opening for the cable size in the grommets. The good news is the grommets are flexible and work well. The biggest disadvantage to this box is the cover screws: they are small and hard to reach. They also screw into the plastic, so don’t plan on getting this if you need to take the box cover on or off more than a few times.
