Worth the price and good quality on delivery; keeping it alive/beautiful is on you.
UPDATE: 9/1/23It’s been over a month now and the rose has given 3 new additional blooms. They are very pretty and truly change color as they blossom. From yellow/white to red to pink. The blooms are on the smaller side but I can imagine how pretty it will look once it’s reached it’s full height and blooms all together.Recommended!———Okay, so here is my use case:(1) I have a pergola with a jacuzzi in the middle. I wanted climbing roses to cover the top of the pergola instead of installing some sort of shade.(2) I planned to install 2 St. Joseph's Coat climbing roses onto either side of the pergola(3) The first one was purchased from Napa valley and driven all the way back home(4) The second one was ordered from amazon (this one)So now, as to the quality...(1) It was delivered while I was out of town; I wasn't able to open it for 2 days and yet it was still doing fine in the box under the sun (10/10)(2) I instantly planted it where I wanted it to go and was monitering it and watering it every day (CA 90• weather)(3) It took 3 weeks to blossom a flower (July - August of 2023 in CA) and speaking specifically to the description of the listing it is exactly as described.COMMENTS:- As far as the quality of the plant goes, it's 10/10 with no complaints.- Now.. this could be my soil's fault, my fertilizer wasn't enough, ect. but the colors of the roses aren't as vibrant as pictured nor do they last as long before withering. HOWEVER... that could be my fault and not the fault of the bush itself, so I'm not counting that against it.OVERAL:- I have to give it 5/5 stars, it's alive and it is a St. Joseph's Coat and it is climbing. In terms of quality of the blooms that's probably on me/you.

Growing like a weed.
This rose bush, Joseph's Coat, arrived in 2 days and in great shape. I have had it for less then a month and it has doubled in height and has its first bloom already. I don't even have it planted outside yet because we have been in a heat spell now. I have had it in my kitchen window and I am watering it every day. This is the 3rd rose bush I have purchased from the same supplier and it is by far the hardest one. FYI: all of the other bushes are still alive and only one of them was worrying me but I have had it about 2 months and it is doing well now. Don't hesitate to buy from these growers.

Joseph's Coat climbing rose
This rose is sending up new shoots and has a lot of leaves. I am so pleased with this healthy climbing rose!It is a replacement for the same type of rose, a Climbing Joseph's Coat that I had in my yard for years. That one died and I was so upset!I am so thankful that I have been able to find another rose of the same kind. Thank you! Thank you! ❤️

Flower was delivered and did not look healthy, planted per instructions and seems to be dying.
It was delivered quickly, but did not arrive looking healthy. We have bought 5 of these the last two year. 3 of the plants did well, one died and the replacement we ordered for that one seems to be not doing well. They were all planted per the provided instructions.

Lovely Rose
I've had this in the ground in a partially sunny location. It has taken the better part of a year to actually produce anything at all. The first year, it just stayed the same...barely alive. At the end of the 2nd summer, it has started to come alive and has grown to about 4'. It's still not as hearty as I'd like it to be, but I think this next year, it will come into its own. Lovely, long-lasting blossoms. Infrequent bloomer.Big Rudy

Beautiful Plant Ready to Thrive
Purchased this rose plant to expand small yellow rose climber gifted to us in Spring. It arrived in a 7"x7"x24" box enclosed in a polybag and supported at the top against movement during shipment. It was in excellent condition with moist soil and tender green foliage. The big plus for me was the two small rosebuds, which opened in time for the anniversary we were celebrating. The booklet accompanying is packed with information and pictures of other rose varieties offered by Heirloom Roses. We are not just happy; we are ecstatic.
