I bought this computer to work and play, and I was surprised by how fluid it is. The ignition is very fast thanks to the SSD, and the graphics are spectacular. In addition, the design is elegant and does not overheat. Highly recommended for those looking for power without spending a fortune!

I turned on the desktop and mouse, and they connected immediately. Great! However, I could not get the keyboard to connect. I could not get past the second or third screen without typing, so this was an issue. I ended up calling Apple support, and basically ‘FaceTimed’ them to help trouble shoot. In a nutshell, the keyboard sent to me was a universal keyboard (NOT APPLE) and was not supported. You’re probably thinking, “why not just get a new keyboard at best buy or the Apple Store?” Great question. Well, the desktop that was sent to me was a 2013 model; and Apple considers this to be obsolete (per the kind Apple support lady I spoke to). Keyboards are NOT made to support this OLD model anymore. This is what I get for purchasing a cheap iMac on Amazon! So I returned it!!

It's a great little computer and I have not had one for about 20 years it's good to have one back in my possession and I will use it to its best abilities

I am giving four stars for this desktop because as a refurbished computer, I had an issue with the terms and condition page. It would not let you agree and move forward. I contacted tech-support we walk through all the steps, we restarted, and still there was no agree button. Besides that I was so disappointed because I loved this desktop. As refurbished, it was in very good condition, it’s very stylish and comfortable feeling. I wish we could’ve fixed it over the phone so I could’ve kept it besides that I still highly recommend it.

Seller does NOT include the models year. This year desktop is OBSOLETE. WHY DID i receive a notification to download Sequoia? Apple support said they would NEVER send software updates to an obsolete computer. Also No manual included probably bc of the NON Apple wireless keyboard. After the download couldn’t log in this is when Apple notified me that thhe keyboard is not an APPLE product. Can’t find the serial number. I’m beginning to think the actual computer is not an Apple computer. I’m very disappointed.
