Produce is ok, but content is under weight.
I used Bondo wood filler for several times but my new project needed a bigger batch so I gave it a try. The working time is longer which is good but the texture doesn’t stick well as Bondo. The customer service explained the product is hand filled so the content I got is normal. I don’t understand why only 85% full is acceptable. Maybe some people just don’t mind? Now I have to buy some Bondo to finish my project.

Great product from a company that knows what they are doing.
I needed to patch some wood and fill a few large holes on my boat. Fixwood is easy to mix and works like a charm. It hardens beautifully and can be drilled, shaped and painted once it is cured. Great stuff, I'll always have some on hand. I've been completely impressed by Totalboat products.

Viga Repair
I used the putty to repair my wooden vigas that had started to rot on top. The set-up time seemed long enough for my purpose. I painted them to match the trim the next day.It was a really good product for what I wanted to do

Problem
This product would turn into a hard clay and it was super hard to use it would not adhere to any surface which made it super hard to spread. It would just roll up I would not recommend the route

Bad stuff. Would not apply
Contents was dried up as if it was beyond shelf life. When mixed it became like hard and stiff, too dry to stick to anything. It was useless. I learned something more about this product not wanting to throw it away. If yyou add a paint tjinner, I used an aircraft thinner, the stiff material became relaxed and smoother allowing me to spread it evenly. Now I can say if you rejuvenate it you will like this product. I change my score to a 3. It would have been a 5 if I didnt have to make this change on my own.

It's thick material and hard to mix , don't mix to much a t one time hardens fast
It doesn't really take stain very well, add some colorant to it when you are mixingGood product

19th century home repair
This product worked great on window sashes and sills that date back 150 years. After sanding and finishing, they look new. Super easy to mix, apply, and sand. Very pleased and will use for other repairs.
