I’ve tasted a lot of protein shakes i didn’t like, and i dreaded having to drink them. But i never dread drinking these. They give me energy and they taste pretty good as far as these types of shakes go.

Tastes great and filling enough to satisfy my lunch needs. Great for KETO. The only reason it is 4 star and not 5 is that there are now options at a lower cost at Costco that work as well for me.

I put this in my protein shake with Java coffee. They taste great together. You can also add vanilla protein powder if you are looking to up your protein intake.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good taste

So, I will say, this has always been a good protein shake itself, some shipping, quality, and production issues aside. That said, the new redesign is absolutely terrible and whoever made it should be fired. Rather than having the plastic screw cap inside of the cardboard container, it's mounted externally, and attached with what appears to be hot glue.Because of this terrible design choice, the damn things will randomly just spill the contents out of the front of the carton when you go to drink it! I've had 3 shirts ruined by this, and a stain on my couch, it's ridiculous. Even if you're going to externally attach the cap mount plastic, why on earth would you just slap it over a big hole in the carton?! It should at least still have the carton travel all the way up into the neck of the plastic to prevent this in the case of the poorly attached tops that I keep running into.I've been getting this product for a long time, because it has a decent taste with really good macros for a very low price (the lowest I've found per gram of protein), but at this rate I'm going to have to find something else because I'm losing money in ruined clothing, and there's no way to tell if a bottle is going to spill out of the front until you open it and try to drink from it. This either needs to be fixed, or just reverted to the previous design, which was honestly just fine.
