お試し感覚で購入しました。掃除後はかなり綺麗になります。猫を5匹飼っているので吸引力などはかなり満足していますね。これから先の話しですが、寿命が少し気になるかな。形状上仕方ないのですが、段差のちょっと上などは重たく大きいのでやりにくいですね。後は充電をフルにして使い切るまでに最初の給水とは別に2回ほど行う必要があるみたいで少し面倒かなと思います。それでも満足していますね。

クチコミでは、重いとかの声があったのですが！そんなに重くなく自走でスイスイ行ってくれるので！毎日床磨きしてます。本当に、素足で歩きたくなります。これは購入して大正解でした。

ペットが多いので床掃除のために購入。今までロボット掃除機き頼っていましたが吸えないゴミもあり床の水拭きも撫でているだけで満足のいくものではありませんでした。実際使ってみると分かりますが今時の軽さ重視の掃除機に比べ、とにかく重いです。ただし重みがないとしっかり拭き上げられないため理に適っているようで、自分で行う雑巾掛けと変わらない仕上がりでした。清掃後のクリーニングもしっかり行われており毎回清潔な状態でした始められます。難点としては給水タンクと排水用のタンクが小さい、クリーニング後のタンクの排水を忘れると結構臭う、階段には不向き、オンセイガイダンスが大きい位でしょうか。バッテリーの持ちは想定通りで長持ちだと思います。

買うまでに2年悩みやっと購入！早く買っておけばよかったと思います。うちは黒ラブの大型犬がいるので毎日掃除機をかけてますが，拭き掃除はなかなかできていませんでした💦本当に拭き掃除までしっかりできるのか？掃除機能は大丈夫なのか？掃除終わった後の手入れが大変そう。と思って購入をおもいとどまってました。でもこれはらくです！中が全てプラスチックなので毎回水洗いできるし、生活！ワン🐶の毛も綺麗に取れます！本体は少し重いけど全然問題ないです！毎日拭き掃除もできてホントに最高です✨

I have been using this brand of robot for a while, and before this one, I used the old H12 Pro model. While the old one has been a useful tool at home, this new one has definitely been a leap forward in every aspect.The first thing that comes to mind when using this new model is how easy it is to maneuver. In contrast to its predecessor, it has been relatively heavy and clumsy to move around furniture. With this new design, however, the clean water tank has been relocated to the bottom head of the device. I do not know how this process is called technically speaking, but this change makes a huge difference as far as center of gravity is concerned. This new one feels like a breeze to maneuver; now I can just glide it wherever I want without straining my wrist. Moreover, it lays flat, which comes in handy when moving it underneath the living room coffee table and the bed.The other major improvement is its maintenance. Its auto cleaning process will complete its cycle and then it will use very hot air to dry the roller brush. The old machine would take so long to dry the roller brush while this one will get it dried within no time, making the roller brush fluffly, clean and odorless. The design of its dirty and water separation in the tank is also improved, which means I won't have to waste time removing hairs from it when I empty it.Its digital display with touch control on the top is sharp, responsive and clearly tells you which setting it is in and its battery life. Apart from being outstanding at cleaning kitchen sticky messes and dust of the living rooms' floors, it also looks very cool. With its silver body, it has an elegant look and does not look tacky if I keep it in its charging dock.But then again, the only part that I could nitpick about the design of the clean water tank is its not-so-well positioned filling hole since lining it under the typical bathroom faucet takes a little bit of work since it is inevitable that a few drops will spill, but then again, it isn’t that big of a problem since you do get so much water in it anyway.

Je cherchais un appareil capable de laver et aspirer en même temps sans perdre en efficacité, et celui-ci coche toutes les cases.Déjà, le gain de temps est énorme : plus besoin de passer l’aspirateur puis la serpillière, tout se fait en un seul passage et le résultat est vraiment propre, même sur les taches un peu incrustées. La puissance d’aspiration est au rendez-vous et le système de lavage laisse le sol nickel, sans traces.Gros point fort aussi pour la maniabilité. Il passe facilement sous les meubles grâce à son design, et il est assez léger à utiliser malgré ses performances. L’autonomie est largement suffisante pour faire tout un logement sans se presser.Mention spéciale pour le système d’auto-nettoyage : hyper pratique, ça évite de se salir les mains et l’appareil reste toujours propre et prêt à l’emploi.Bref, un excellent investissement si vous voulez gagner du temps et avoir un nettoyage impeccable sans effort. Je recommande à 100 % !

I've only had the Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach for a short time, but I'm honestly impressed. Setup was quick, and after the first charge it was ready to go. What surprised me most was how much dirt it picked up from floors that already looked cleaThe cleaning performance is excellent on hard floors. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves a lot of time compared to using a regular vacum and then going over everything again with a mop. The Flex Reach design is also genuinely useful for cleaning under furniture without having to move everything around.One feature I didn't think I'd care about but now really appreciate is the self cleaning and drying system. After finishing, you just place it back on the dock and it cleans the roller automatically. The quick drying helps prevent odors and makes the machine feel much more hygienic.Battery life has been more than enough for my apartment, and the dirty water tank is a satisfying reminder of how much grime it's actually removing from the floor. The smart mode works well and adjusts automatically without me having to think about settings.Overall, this is one of those products that actually makes cleaning easier and faster instead of adding extra steps. Definitely one of the best household appliances I've bought in a long time. Highly recommended.
