Update! New desing eliminates previous issue.
UPDATE!The seller contacted me about my problem and offered to replace my chandelier. Kudos to Log Barn! I received and installed the light and everything fit together and went up without any troubles. It's a very neat looking light! They updated the design in how the black piece surrounds the light.We bought this for our dining room in January. We are just getting around to hanging it now. I started to get it assembled, and one of the assembled portions of the hangers popped off. We can't out it back in due it being a pressed fitting. Very disappointed! I can't use the light and wasted my money. I would not recommend this product at all.

Customer service is the BEST
We have a very high ceiling, I needed extra rods, they had exactly what I needed... I had to tune the hanging height by cutting and tapping the rods, not a real easy DIY kind of install, but doable.Log Barn has been fantastic! It looks great!

Easy Installation and Looks Very Good!
Installation was a breeze and it came with everything needed! Took me less than 30 minutes.Ceiling mount was large enough to cover the marks from my old light which was very helpful too!The 'look' of it matches our rustic farmhouse table perfectly!Please note: The light does not come with bulbs so you may want to order some with the light. I went with 25W.

Looks great
This was ordered for my daughters dining table. Assembly is pretty easy but installation not so much if you DIY. There are a series of rods that allow different hanging lengths.After install I did need to tweak (bend) the fixture in order for it to look square and straight from all sides!

Great Chandelier. A little of a struggle to install, for its weight, but when done the result is fabulous. Nicer with a dommer.

Incredible looking light!
I got 2 of them for a newly renovated kitchen, this one and a smaller one, on the left of the picture. It was the right aesthetics, easy to put up, and holds up pretty well. For this price, I can't recommend it enough!

A friend had used this light fixture in a home project and I loved the look of it. We just installed it in our remodeled kitchen and I love it! We purchased dimmable bulbs and it will be perfect.
