Great for Arm Correction
I purchased this product for my daughter. She is 13yrs and they fit will with room for growth. She is 5'2 with slim build. Her running form has really improved since she started using this product.

They help keep my daughter aware of her arm placement while running. This will help her keep her form so that the positioning of her arms is second nature.

Not worth the money
Looks like a great idea, but in reality this item is a piece of junk. It slides off the arms and after a couple of use it loses shape

Arm band to help with elbow flexion while running.
This band has made a tremendous difference for our daughter who has difficulty with elbow flexion. She has limited biceps function due to a brachial plexus injury during delivery. This band helps facilitate normal elbow flexion and arm swing during running giving her a more normal gait pattern.

Sized for children or very petite teen.
I had to send it back This product is not made for teens or adults. They need to change the description of who it can fit. The strap circumference is not wide enough to fit around the bicep and not long enough from wrist to bicep. It should be redesigned to readjust to a one size fits all or make them in a variety of sizes ranging from child to adult.
