Question 1

Does this blade fit teh Vita Mix 3600?

Accepted Answer

I would bet not, vitamix says they only provide parts back 20 years, and this model was introduced in 1969 .. you can see its blade here:http://www.ebay.com/itm/VITAMIX-STAINLESS-STEEL-CONTAINER-PITCHER-3600-4000-W-BLADES-SPIGOT-HANDLE-/300847266263?pt=Small_Kitchen_Appliances_US&hash=item460be4f9d7doesn't look anything like the blade you're asking about .if you want to know more for surebuy the manual: Vita Mix 3600 manual:http://www.amazon.com/Manual-Instructions-Directions-Recipes-Vitamix/dp/B007IDYWMEhere's some gossip suggesting ebay is your only chance:http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/harvest/msg0212291823836.htmlThere is a schematic for the 3600 at the vitamix site, but no manual. Apparently, they are no longer sourcing parts for the 3600,which is why there's an active market on ebay forused canisters, lids and bases.People are apparently scavenging parts from used components.

Question 2

will this fit a super 5000 #VM0103?

Accepted Answer

I just purchased this blade assembly for my Vita Mix Super 5000 #Vm0103 and it fit perfectly and works like new.

Question 3

Will this fit the Vitamix 5000? and do I need the nut set? I have the wrench already

Accepted Answer

Yes it will fit the Vitamix 5000. I do not think you need the nut set as you can just use the old one, unless of course you do not have one at all in that case you would have to buy it.

Question 4

Does this blade fit Vita Mix 750?

Accepted Answer

No. I have the vita mix 750 with the 64 ounce pitcher. The part number on the blade I received was 104675–1 and the part number I need it for my vita mix 750 is 105733. The bearing housing for the smaller blades will not fit the 64 ounce pitcher, in other words it won’t seal.
