Great deal. These work very well.
These replaced the worn out OEM lift shocks that were making the trunk lid drop like a bag of bricks. Easy to pop on, and put into use. Hard to say how long these will last, hopefully for the decent price they last at least 2-3 years. Trunk now lifts with very little hand assistance, and closes with the same amount of downward pressure as any trunk. Some reviews said it was hard to close trunk lid with new shocks, but they must be weak or never tried a 4Runner rear door (those are pretty tough). Would buy again, but hopefully won't ever have to for a few years.

Easy to install & works great
These were easy to install on my 2008 Z4 and work very well - one alone will hold the hood up, and two will raise the hood quickly without any help. The sockets had grease in them already, however I added some more just to be thorough. One must help the hood down afterwards since it won't drop into place by itself, and these provide just the right amount of lift to make the task easy. Press firmly in the center to latch the hood afterwards.

Installs in under five minutes (both struts) and snaps the trunk right up. I'm hoping it cools off a little.

Easy upgrade to my failing OEM '07 Z4 trunk hinges. Firm closure and adequate power to lift the trunk lid.

Correct fit for my 2005 BMW Z4 trunk but a bit too stiff. Once the trunk opened, I have to push hard to close it. Hopefully it will get softer over time.

2008 BMW z4 3.0 works really well fits right in. Was on the fence of buying OE but was double the price. Glad I got these!
