Great looking handleset. Heavy. Substantial. It has a special plastic-like coating for years of good looks.HOWEVERThe outside deadbolt/keyway broke loose from the cardboard packaging during shipment, and scarred the handleset - the protective, permanent coating Baldwin uses.Then...Baldwin customer support (no wait) asked me to send a picture of the damage. They stayed on the phone throughout my fat-fingered attempts to send a photo.She verified the permanent finish was indeed damaged, and ordered me an entirely new handleset right then and there. It'll take some time to fulfill, but that is what it is. As far as I'm concerned, Baldwin excelled.I did recommend that Baldwin review their packaging - something failed, not the hardware, but the packaging. Maybe it was opened before, and then reclosed.

I had to replace a front door handleset and knew that Baldwin makes a quality product. It is beautiful, the lock is smooth, and it functions perfectly. The only thing I wish, was that it came with 4 keys instead of 2. Come on Baldwin, spring for a couple more keys. Thanks!

Handle feels solid, and the latching mechanism operates smoothly.

Love their products...but as I was finishing up the install and making sure that it was operating smoothly...a gasket/seal started to come out of the back of the knob on interior of the bolt lock. (See attached picture). Have sent an email to Baldwin for a resolve... I'll let you know if I get a positive response from them. It's a sturdy product if they fix this issue with the seal I will be very happy with this Lockset.

Once I got the locks and handles installed, it functioned as promised. I like the look and sturdiness of the the satin nickel door hardware. I haven't tried the smart lock change feature, but I plan to.The difficulty was trying to find the appropriate YouTube video. I would watch a Prestige video, only to realize that they had different locking features. So, after watching several different videos about other products made by Baldwin, I got the drift of what was to be done. It should be easier. It probably took 45 minutes to install, whereas it might have only been 25 minutes with a proper video. I am marking down this product based upon the lack of a good video or relevant video link. Otherwise, it looks great and functions well.

This set is beautiful to look at and wonderful to use.Lock/unlock by hand or phone. It’s so nice

Fantastic quality replaced a kwickset what a difference in the quality. Only down side the instructions need help not geared for a weekend warrior
