My go to breakfast cookie!
I love these cookies! They are healthy for breakfast or lunch. They fill you up and can replace a meal and are delicious. I am a fan and will always have them on hand!

A great way to start the day!
Hello, I started baking Susie's Smart Breakfast Cookies after writing a history of Omega-3s -- The Queen of Fats: Why Omega-3s were removed from the Western Diet and what we can do to replace them (University of California Press, 2006). I wanted to create an all-natural baked good that has a healthy balance of the Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats and would provide a vegetarian, sustainable way for us to get our Omega-3s. Each Susie's Smart Breakfast Cookie has 2000 mg of Omega-3s -- and is satisfying and delicious to boot! The Breakfast Cookies are a great way for both kids and adults to start the day. Susie Allport

Good tasting cookie
I love these cookies, they are not dry at all. We have tried most of the flavors, the only one we don't care for is chocolate. Flavor is ok just a little dry. Great to have for breakfast on the go. Kinda pricey but love the flavor and convenience.
